Service stations service near Lexington, MA

I have used Windham Mobile for years, approaching 18 now, and keep coming back. Doug and his crew always do an excellent job working on three separate cars and one pickup over those years. I do my own oil changes and spark plug replacements, but more involved work like surpentine belts, tranny and radiator fluid changes and the occasional real problem with a vehicle, I leave to them knowing the work will be done well and at reasonable, not cheap, but reasonable rates. Sometimes, I ask for the old parts, and when I do, they are there for me to look at and keep if I want. I have never been disappointed. I am writing this review because I need to have my tires changed over to snows for the winter, looked their number up on the internet to give them a call, came across the reviews, and figured I should throw in my two cents. AMAZING! My car broke down in Franklin, I live in Watertown...had it towed to Mark's thanks to AAA. I had no clue where to take my car as it was late and everything was closed ( good thing for google looking for local places ). He owns the place and worked on my car, he did not over charge on labor and he did not lie about the cost of parts to make money ( I have had this problem with places in Watertown, Midas, Firestone and the list goes on..although Perfection in Watertown is decent). After he fixed my car he took it for a drive and it was rainy so he replaced my awful wipers free of charge. He inspected all of my brakes free of charge ( my problem was right front brakes ). My car was fixed in no time and he offered to pick me up from the train station as I was not sure how I was going to get back to Franklin, but I ended up getting a ride. His place was very nice, he was very nice..you could tell he loves what he does. It was overall a wonderful experience. He was very honest and I will be making the drive to Franklin for all my car needs..yes, it was that good! Finally, honesty!! Thanks Mark, you saved the day and did not kill my wallet!

I took my car here for an oil change yesterday and the service was great! When we were driving back home a little whole later our "check gages" light came on and our oil pressure gage was down completely. We called the store back and the owner came to my house and checked the car which was fine (just a wire). Such great service is rare in a mechanic shop and was such a great surprise!

Quality workmanship, done with exceptional care.I damaged my rear fender a few weeks ago and went in for a free estimate. Shawn was very professional and assisted with my tight schedule by ordering and painting my new fender before I dropped my car off so that I could have minimal loss of use of my car. It was fixed in a day and looked fantastic. I highly recommend them.

These guys are an experience you will anticipate with glee, overwhelm ya with insights and experience and raw logic , and produce in you a smug smile when you unwind your ride More than 50 years making really iconic cars within reach and outta sight.

The owner is very honest and does great work. I highly recommend this garage.

Inspection station is a complete joke!!! They failed me for front tires so I got front tires went back they failed me for rear tires. Why didn't he just say you need all new tires . Then he was totally rude !!!!!!!! Giving me weird looks and talking about me and my vehicle with others !! I will never buy gas or go there ever ever again !!!!!!

The customer service is excellent, the mechanics are very knowledgeable and honest. They initially told me that there was nothing wrong, they called me later on after they had done their homework and said that they had figured out what the problem was, they also told me that if I had any other issues to bring it back to them in a heartbeat.

Wilder Brothers Tire is the most honest and reliable car shop that I have ever encountered. I have been there three times in the last year with mine and the wife's car having been quoted prices of $300-$6000 by Lexus and another repair shop. In each case Wilders inspected the cars and either fixed the minor problems for $100 or free, but most importantly, their honesty saved us from being ripped off by others.

Polite, professional, and quick. Only had an auto inspection at this service station but the customer service was substantially better than the others in the area. Glean Ni.

This service station should receive an award for being one of the best gas stations I have found. Prices are great and yes the lines may be long at times but the crew does a very good job keeping the flow of customers to a minimum. Erik and all are showing what true integrity is all about. rude...rude..very rude!!! I went to this place BP gas station in Worcester 390 on Belmont St no longer ago and the owner was the one to greeting me I ask for a state inspection sticker before hand I let him knowing that I had a bad front passenger side tire witch I had a spare ready to be switched just waiting for him to do the job... witch he did not wanna do the job and gave me a R sticker when I ask why he did not want to change the tire which I would pay for the labor he yell at me threatened me and my wife he even swing a punch on my face and missed by an inch than he jumped in my car and drove it alway almost hit my wife she was crossing on the side walk we had to call 911 to get this issue under control he only calm down when the cops arrived at the place...it was definitely the worst situation ever. I never go back to this place ever again!!

Went in for a basic oil change and got charged for an upgraded one. The guy behind the counter was very rude. He talked down to me really bad he should not be in customer service!!. I will not be returning there again!
