rude...rude..very rude!!! I went to this place BP gas station in Worcester 390 on Belmont St no longer ago and the owner was the one to greeting me I ask for a state inspection sticker before hand I let him knowing that I had a bad front passenger side tire witch I had a spare ready to be switched just waiting for him to do the job... witch he did not wanna do the job and gave me a R sticker when I ask why he did not want to change the tire which I would pay for the labor he yell at me threatened me and my wife he even swing a punch on my face and missed by an inch than he jumped in my car and drove it alway almost hit my wife she was crossing on the side walk we had to call 911 to get this issue under control he only calm down when the cops arrived at the place...it was definitely the worst situation ever. I never go back to this place ever again!!

POOR OWNERSHIP ! Mechanics overcharge ! Beware , Do not Bring your Car There .

I found Paul through a recommendation of a friend. As a loyal BMW owner for many years, and one who babies my car and want to make sure it's got the best care, I was really happy to find Paul. He is not only a BMW owner, but knows these cars inside and out. I had a heating system issue, we spoke about it over the phone twice, he ordered more parts than needed so when I brought it in he had the correct part (regulator) on him and fixed it within an hour. He simply returned the part that was not needed. I was able to get work done in the waiting room (with wifi) and when I recently had another issue (cracked rim), he quickly diagnosed the problem too. It's great to find a mechanic I can trust AND who is reasonable (I priced him about against another non-dealer BMW mechanic and he was a bit cheaper!). Thanks Paul for your help and care. When my car is in need of service again I'll certainly be back!

I have used Windham Mobile for years, approaching 18 now, and keep coming back. Doug and his crew always do an excellent job working on three separate cars and one pickup over those years. I do my own oil changes and spark plug replacements, but more involved work like surpentine belts, tranny and radiator fluid changes and the occasional real problem with a vehicle, I leave to them knowing the work will be done well and at reasonable, not cheap, but reasonable rates. Sometimes, I ask for the old parts, and when I do, they are there for me to look at and keep if I want. I have never been disappointed. I am writing this review because I need to have my tires changed over to snows for the winter, looked their number up on the internet to give them a call, came across the reviews, and figured I should throw in my two cents. These people are wonderful to work with. They don't cut corners but put my priority - safety - always first. They explain everything clearly and are very detailed and professional with all inspections, maintenance and repairs. Best maintenance shop I have ever been to. Great experience. Inspection station is a complete joke!!! They failed me for front tires so I got front tires went back they failed me for rear tires. Why didn't he just say you need all new tires . Then he was totally rude !!!!!!!! Giving me weird looks and talking about me and my vehicle with others !! I will never buy gas or go there ever ever again !!!!!!

I needed new tires yesterday and Ron was able to get me the best price around by far. Great service and fast turnaround. Car rides great again!

My MB needed a tuning belt replacement and I emailed Dave and setup an appointment. Upon arrival I was given an estimate of the time. I left for work and in exact time I got a message that my car's tuning belt was replaced. Dave, bob and their team deserve all the credit for their professional and friendly service.

Any manager that gossips, slanders, and complains about employees to customers is unethical and unprofessional. I have never experienced a more deplorable and classless "manager" adult in all my life. If you go into the store the manager has nothing nice to say about employees ??. If you see her out and about it is the same thing. The store isn't even open lady, shut up. Manager needs training in ethics and should be removed permanently. Any customer that supports this business and puts up with this sort of reckless behavior should be ashamed and is no better than she. What happens within your store is no one's business and should be handled appropriately. The company should be ashamed to have such an unprofessional person that creates such a toxic work environment. I highly doubt the company was not made aware of her unprofessional behavior. Hopefully, when the store reopens management will be brand new alongside the building. What a despicable person. Learn how to keep your mouth shut and behave as a working class professional. I Will never support a business with such horrible management.

I've been coming to Brian's Auto Body for about 2 years now. I'm on my second vehicle and he has been the only one to work on my vehicles. He tells you what needs to be done in a very professional manner and is very upfront about costs and labor. He doesn't sugarcoat damage or needed repairs. His staff are very friendly and inviting. Each visit you can guarantee a smile and a flower if you had any work done, whether its a simple oil change or replacing your front end. No matter what your car needs, I'd highly recommend having your repairs and inspections done through Brian. Stepahnie Boucher
