If I could give a negative number I would, but unfortunately it won't allow me to! I have been searching for a car for the last 2 months. I checked out some places here and there but couldn't seem to find one. I saw one this morning on AutoTrader, it was for 2012 Honda Accord LX-P. The issue was that the Pride Chevy was about 2 hours away from my house. So before I left I called the sales department. I spoke to a fellow named Sam (actually name) and asked him if the car was still available as I live far away and do not want to waste a trip. He reassured me that, it was available and that when I got there to ask for him. We hopped in the car and headed toward Lynn. We get there and are wandering around. I finally have to ask a random guy who looked like he worked there if there was a separate Honda side. I let him know that I spoke to a Sam and was asked to ask for him when I arrived. A few minutes later, Sam arrives. I introduce myself and shake his hand. He then tells me he is going to set me up with a consultant. What, wait, then what the hell does Sam do? Sam brings back this guy, no idea who his name is. Sam says to guy I'm going to pull the car up for her, set up her profile. We sit with the guy and he tells me that unfortunately the car was sold this morning. I tell him, I called before hand blah blah to make sure it was there, 2 hour drive... He looks up the "sold" car and starts raving about what a great steal that wasI asked him why he rave about a deal that we were driving up to see and is now gone. What purpose was that serving? He says that Sam didn't know the car was sold, the other side of the dealership sold it, blah blah. My question is why is Sam answering the phone if he can not provide correct answers. Pissed off I gather my things to leave. I'm then told that maybe the car wasn't sold and to hold on, they had to make a phone call. Meanwhile as I wait, my dad goes into an office. I walk over and see this man, slumped back in

Excellent shop. Fixed a used car that was completely dead for a reasonable price. I found them from the AAA. Like all good shops it may take a few days for the repair to get done. Since they are busy. Did some work on my foreign. Charles R. Medford, MA

Hurd they towed a shit ton of people saying they were a illegally parked I'm not sure about there actual auto services but seems kinda scummy and untrustworthy to me..wouldn't be the type of people I'd like having my vehicle.

It's a small auto body but they work fast! I had a huge dent on my BMW pax door and got outrageous quotes elsewhere David gave me the best quote, great service overall my expereince was great and my car looked like new!

They worked with me and my budget and the job got scheduled for that week. I now have my car back and it looks great. They also did a nice job detailing the outside and inside of my car. Feels like I just bought it!

This place USED TO be awesome. I was a loyal customer for almost 3 years but ever since Tony left I wouldn't trust these guys with my kids ten speed. A couple iffy jobs I could forgive but beyond that, my brakes were 'fixed' yet they failed 5 miles after leaving the shop. Was told he drove it around for an hour and thought it was fine. Yet low and behold, I went flying through an intersection at RT 114 and was close to getting creamed by a Mack truck. When questioned about the work they did, their story changed to 3 guys drove it around for a couple days. So either they are too incompetent to know when the brakes aren't working properly or they're lying. Either way, If you want reliable service look elsewhere. Seriously, like anywhere else...at all.

I had a very negative experience, I can see that CLM Auto kisses up to certain classes of people in the community because all I asked was to put in two Sylvania ultra light bulbs which was purchased at AutoZone and the owner Mario got very loud and ignorant because I purchased my own bulbs, and finally he told me he does not want my service after I told him I have money to pay for the bulbs to be installed, so my experience is that they can be very rude and obnoxious to certain classes of people…!!!

My husband brought a van there to get repainted over 3 weeks ago and we were told the job would take about 4 weeks. Over the 3 weeks not much was getting done so my husband offered to help them at night, which I thought was crazy since we are paying them. He helped out two nights and then he thought that they were actually going to really start working on it so he stopped going. Yesterday he went by to see how it was going and the owner (the son) freaked out on him, insulted him personally and called the van a "rust bucket". My husband was questioning why not much had been done yet. He told him to get the van out because he didn't want the job any more after having it for 3 weeks so my husband had no choice and wanted to avoid a fight since the guy seemed unstable. He took it to two other autobody places today and they all said that Best Autobody ruined the van and it would cost almost $10000 to fix it properly so that it doesn't rust through the new paint job!!!!! Unfortunately my car was hit. Found Susi auto body doing research online. Shop had great reviews online. My car looks and feels great to drive. The service advisor also helped me with my insurance company and getting my rental coverage extended.

Terrible place, stay away they will tell you to give them money to buy you new parts but will end up buying old parts and also fixing some of the old parts so that they can keep as much of your money as possible. Besides using old parts they do a terrible job fixing your car. Stay away from this place. You’ve been warned. Everyone there looks shady.
