Today is 09/16/2020 Poor service the mechanic/ owner starting cursing at me and telling me he doesn't have time for service that I paid for. I work down the street and come here often and for the teller to apologize for something he didn't do because I'm a good known customer is uncalled for. His attitude sucks and customer service is even worse. I wouldn't recommend them at all and they are over priced and I still paid . Never again.

This business is a family owned business that has been in business for over thirty years. My parents and now my family trust the care and safety of our autombiles to this mechanic. Over the years, I have referred a countless number of family and friends to this business place with nothing except praises returned. Today I used their auto repair shop for service on my car. My stepdad typically does all my mechanical work on my car but, he has since moved to another state so I need to fen for myself. I called Nissan and was quoted $289 for an oil change, tire rotation, oil filter and general check up. I printed out the maintenance sheet for the milage on my car and gave it to the mechanic at Woodside, who had also called Nissan to verify the service requirements for my mileage. When I picked up my car and saw the invoice for $76 I was ecstatic. They fulfilled all the checkpoints on the maintenance sheet from Nissan for a third of the price. Amazing small business service and customer service. Keep the small businesses around and it works out for everyone.

theCARS Company, as mentioned by other reviewers, deserves 5 star ratings across all boards. Service is extremely quick (usually takes a couple hours for normal maintenance; few minutes for an oil change) and fairly priced. They have appointments open constantly and 'reservations' are easy to make. In terms of quality, I have been in there twice--once because my 'check engine' light lit up and the other for the 45,000 mile routine maintenance--and the results couldn't have been better. Problems are discovered quickly and solutions are provided even faster. What sets theCARS Company apart from any other car shop I've been to is their customer care. Point in case: recommending a cheap buff-and-polish job for the many bumps and scratches on my car as opposed to an extremely expensive paint job. Need another example? They offer discounts and coupons constantly. They don't hide them from you. In fact, make sure to politely ask if they have any available and they will respond honestly. Believe me, they've got your back and they're looking to protect your wallet. They seem genuinely interested in your best interest and not on making a quick buck. Very professional, well-organized, and reasonable prices: what else could you ask for?

Went into the shop thinking my car was going to be very expensive to fix because of terrible sound in the rear. Put me at ease when he diagnosed the issue and was quick cheap fix. Very honest guy Fran is. Highly recommended.

I had a very negative experience, I can see that CLM Auto kisses up to certain classes of people in the community because all I asked was to put in two Sylvania ultra light bulbs which was purchased at AutoZone and the owner Mario got very loud and ignorant because I purchased my own bulbs, and finally he told me he does not want my service after I told him I have money to pay for the bulbs to be installed, so my experience is that they can be very rude and obnoxious to certain classes of people…!!!
