I found Paul through a recommendation of a friend. As a loyal BMW owner for many years, and one who babies my car and want to make sure it's got the best care, I was really happy to find Paul. He is not only a BMW owner, but knows these cars inside and out. I had a heating system issue, we spoke about it over the phone twice, he ordered more parts than needed so when I brought it in he had the correct part (regulator) on him and fixed it within an hour. He simply returned the part that was not needed. I was able to get work done in the waiting room (with wifi) and when I recently had another issue (cracked rim), he quickly diagnosed the problem too. It's great to find a mechanic I can trust AND who is reasonable (I priced him about against another non-dealer BMW mechanic and he was a bit cheaper!). Thanks Paul for your help and care. It seems to be part of a ploy to generate revenue for their shop because they will then try to get you to make the repairs there. Don’t expect any accountability either…. They seem to have temporary amnesia when confronted about damage that they were clearly responsible for. Alan Symmes and company - stop believing that each customer that steps foot in your shop, is as naïve as you paint them to be. These are the types of mechanics that will pull the bait and switch on you, if presented with the opportunity…. You know, replacing your new parts in working condition with used/failing parts to swindle honest customers out of their own money.

I have been servicing my vehicles at Manny's for over 20 years. He is the best mechanic by far. His diagnostic skill are always right on.
