Been going here for years and always suspected he was up to no good..he is a liar and breaks your car so you have to go back..I sent a friend and he switched out my friends battery for a crappy one..Do NOT let this person near your car..just a thief and liar..last thing did with him was an oil change..never put in a new oil filter but lied that he had

broke down in front of AMERICAN PETROLEUM in Beverly, MA having work on cars most of my life I noticed the clutch cable clip had rotted off, common problem with older card, Mechanic told me the shifter linkage must be damaged and caused the clip to break I went and bough the $5.74 Part they insisted the linkage was damage refused to let me put the clip in told me to tow or push the car off there lot. After i pushed the car to the street I put the clip in and drove away No problems with linkage

I have been servicing my vehicles at Manny's for over 20 years. He is the best mechanic by far. His diagnostic skill are always right on. The newly remodeled shop is really cool with a modern waiting area. You will not be disappointed when you service your vehicle here. My MB needed a tuning belt replacement and I emailed Dave and setup an appointment. Upon arrival I was given an estimate of the time. I left for work and in exact time I got a message that my car's tuning belt was replaced. Dave, bob and their team deserve all the credit for their professional and friendly service.

Randy's is hands-down the best auto shop I've had the pleasure to work with in twenty-five years of car-ownership. You can probably find some of their services cheaper elsewhere, but you won't find their reliability or their customer-care.
