Since Fords are notorious for their spark plugs breaking when trying to remove them in the 4.6L and 5.4L engines, I brought my 2006 Explorer V8 over to GTA. The front desk receptionist is very unwelcoming! Shawn was great. I would like to know why I was charged extra after getting alignment. The reason giving was “we have to pay bills and keep the lights on”. I was also given two different quotes when inquiring about rear camber arm change.

I"ve never been to AAMCO for auto service,I've gone to other shops I thought I knew fairly well> I had transmision issues with both my vehicles within a month< along with other vehicle problems.The other shops had different diagnosis for the problems. After much time in the shops ,and substantial cash outlays, the problems persisted to some extent in both vehicles. I went to AAMCO,I had my transmission problems pinpointed very promptly, I discussed other suspension issues,engine isues, that I was having with both vehicles,I told the tech I was very discouraged with the other shops, I wasn't sure of my next move.THe tech told me that he would get to the root of the problems,HE SURE DID! My transmisions were fixed ASAP,and the problems that were so elusive to others,were handily identified and resolved.AAMCO went above and beyond any expectations I had.These guys are the best.They deserve all the credit in the world. I would very highly recommend AAMCO for any and all repairs to your vehicle

Today I used their auto repair shop for service on my car. My stepdad typically does all my mechanical work on my car but, he has since moved to another state so I need to fen for myself. I called Nissan and was quoted $289 for an oil change, tire rotation, oil filter and general check up. I printed out the maintenance sheet for the milage on my car and gave it to the mechanic at Woodside, who had also called Nissan to verify the service requirements for my mileage. When I picked up my car and saw the invoice for $76 I was ecstatic. They fulfilled all the checkpoints on the maintenance sheet from Nissan for a third of the price. Amazing small business service and customer service. Keep the small businesses around and it works out for everyone.
