They charged me $1,600 for a new radiator that took them only minutes to install! Their prices are way too high.

My muffler was noisy and needed to be replaced. The work was done in a timely manner and within the estimate, however, the exhaust noise is still noisy. Don’t know if it’s the replacement muffler or where the muffler is clamped to the existing tailpipe, but either way, it’s not good.

Front brake job requested (pads and rotors). Immediately noticed new knocking type noise over bumps in front right tire following repair. Take tire off, there are NO caliper bolts (should be 2, there are none). Only thing holding the caliper from flying off was the tire rim. Very dangerous and very unsettling that this is the quality of workmanship and apparently no test drive was done. I was a loyal customer.

they replaced my break pads, and a couple weeks later they began squeaking when I was breaking. I brought it back in, but they didn’t hear the squeak or take the time to figure out what was going on. They dismissed my concern, saying maybe my breaks were dirty, wet, too hot…. and sent me home. I took my car to Brooklyn Park TGK and they took the time to figure out why my breaks were squeaking - Maple Grove put in the wrong kind of breaks. Maple Grove TGK is going to replace my breaks for the correct kind, but I don’t trust them to do it right. They have been rude and dismissive to me, and didn’t fix my car like they should have. I’m extremely disappointed and would not recommend them to anyone.
