Front brake job requested (pads and rotors). Immediately noticed new knocking type noise over bumps in front right tire following repair. Take tire off, there are NO caliper bolts (should be 2, there are none). Only thing holding the caliper from flying off was the tire rim. Very dangerous and very unsettling that this is the quality of workmanship and apparently no test drive was done. I was a loyal customer.

Overall I’m happy with my experience in interaction with the staff. My car was ready about the time promised which was great. I was a little confused by the follow up text because a lot more was done than the alignment that I brought it in for. While this was somewhat appreciated, I discovered the next day that the airbox screws were not tightened back down so it was loose. I’m now concerned about what other things might have been a little sloppy. These things happen I know but thought you should be aware.

Never actually fixed the issues I was experiencing. It seemed as if they recommended something for an issue they really didn't know how to fix, didn't care to research, OR an approach of new brakes just cause it's easy money for them. Ive left them a voicemail and email to return my call to discuss, but they haven't returned my call.

They charged me $1,600 for a new radiator that took them only minutes to install! Their prices are way too high.

My muffler was noisy and needed to be replaced. The work was done in a timely manner and within the estimate, however, the exhaust noise is still noisy. Don’t know if it’s the replacement muffler or where the muffler is clamped to the existing tailpipe, but either way, it’s not good.
