I've been coming to Brian's Auto Body for about 2 years now. I'm on my second vehicle and he has been the only one to work on my vehicles. He tells you what needs to be done in a very professional manner and is very upfront about costs and labor. He doesn't sugarcoat damage or needed repairs. His staff are very friendly and inviting. Each visit you can guarantee a smile and a flower if you had any work done, whether its a simple oil change or replacing your front end. I am very happy with Small Town Auto. Michelle in the front is always polite, patient, kind and always has a smile on her face . Every time I call her she is very patient with me. I call her all the time. I never have to wait for an appointment. I can call the day before too have an oil change or what ever I need Michelle gets me in right away. They are always accommodating to my needs. They always have my vehicle done in a timely manner. Mike(the owner) always comes out to say hi and asks me how things are going. I think that is important. The technicians are also pleasant. I would recommend Small Town Auto to anyone. The prices are good as well. I give them 4 stars.

Crooked business. Had an exhaust dump valve welded in. I don't know how they did the job, but they decided that welding about 3/4 of the circumference of the pipes together was "sufficient enough"--clearly laziness because the pipe was hard to reach. I wondered why my exhaust sounded so terrible. Also, they didn't even do the install as I asked--they placed the valve in the wrong spot. Overpriced. Do not go here. I have photos of proof.
