Today is 09/16/2020 Poor service the mechanic/ owner starting cursing at me and telling me he doesn't have time for service that I paid for. I work down the street and come here often and for the teller to apologize for something he didn't do because I'm a good known customer is uncalled for. His attitude sucks and customer service is even worse. I wouldn't recommend them at all and they are over priced and I still paid . Never again.

I used to LOVE this place and I had been going here for years (since 2004). I believe they have switched managers or owners and now they are SCUM. When my windshield wipers broke they held my car hostage for days till a 'special part' they needed would come in. They kept forgetting to call me back with a quote. Finally, a few days later it started to rain and that was when 'Scott' called me back with a $700.00 quote. I told them to not touch my car and I went to go pick it up. Thank God it stopped raining when I got there. I took it to Pepboys right away. It took them 20 minutes to tighten a part and it cost me under 40 bucks. I tell everyone I can about these idiots.

I was told about this place from a coworker who raved at his honesty and technical knowledge. Also our vehicle maintainece guy also said he was good. I dropped my truck off to have a boched job that another place did, he had me straightened out in short order and the bill was reasonable. Definitley use them again!

Hands down the best service out there!! My wife and I have been going here for the last 4 years the people are great..Derrick even checked out a used car for us FREE OF CHARGE! He said it was bulletproof and 3 years later it still is! We moved to boston a few years back and still make the 40 min trek up to Randolph when we are having trouble with our vehicle. Tony and staff was not only friendly and extremely professional but great and fast service. My car was ready for the long drive and I felt more secure behind the wheel after they did the repair and performed their "Pre-trip Check Up"
