I couldnt be happier with the work that 290 did on my car. You can bring your vehicle to 290 and know that your not going to get ripped off. No matter how big or small the job is they get it done right.When I got my suv back from 290 I was so surprised they had cleaned my car at no cost to me!!!!! The owner is so nice, he explains everything that he needs to do to your vehicle in detail before he does it. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. In the future I need any work done on my car I will bring it to 290 AUTOBODY without hesitation!!!!!!!

These men are the greatest & are so honest it's really a blessing to find people of this caliber in this day & age. They not only care about the work they do but they truly care about the customer also. The engine is perfect & the car is running great. I also went in about 3 months ago because my car was vibrating so much that I couldn't go over 50 on the highway. Of course I'm thinking the worst & big money but they once again were honest & told me all I needed was a pair of new tires. What a relief, they could of told me anything & taken advantage of the situation, but no honest as always. Keith the owner & his mechanic are always on site, even if you just need advice stop in & you will always be greeted with a smile. I went to Young's Garage in Worcester, MA on 8/6/15, for my first time. I spoke to Jim about having my car looked at for a starting problem. I was told there was a $45 charge to diagnose the problem. When he got back to me later that day he told me it was the alternator and it would be $375 total. I asked him why it was so expensive and he told me it was because the part was hard to get to. He said it was a big job so therefore most of the charge would be for labor. He told me if I dropped my car off the next morning it would be done later that day. I dropped the car off at 8am and Jim told me he would call me when the car was done. I waited until 3:00 to call and check on the progress. Jim told me it wasn't ready and it would be done for 5:00. I went to pick up the car and he handed me a bill for $330 after I already paid the initial $45 charge. The next day I called to question about the $45 charge, because the part and labor were through his shop. All the garages I have gone to take the initial diagnostics charge off if you buy the part and have the labor done at their shop. I wanted to let him know I was dissatisfied with the price all together and the amount of time it took between both days. Because of this experience, which was my first here, I will never go to this garage again.
