The tech's found the problem and recommended a course of action. They even said that the last dealership I bought the car from did not reset the brake sensor and I did not need pad or liner's. The communication on their progress was great and the price was fair; let's face it, when you opt to buy a BMW you should go into this purchase understanding that these cars need maintenance and the parts for them are not cheap. This facility will let you think that they can inspect your car. They are not licensed by the state of Rhode Island to inspect cars. They are however able to inspect trucks over 8500lbs. So if you need an inspection sticker nd you go to Wayne's this is what will happen to you. They will find problems with your car and tell you that it needs to be repaired, will overcharge you and even replace parts that were good to begin with. They will then take your car to another facility to have it inspected. If he is so honest and good why can't he be a Rhode Island state inspection facility for autos.

The customer service is excellent, the mechanics are very knowledgeable and honest. They initially told me that there was nothing wrong, they called me later on after they had done their homework and said that they had figured out what the problem was, they also told me that if I had any other issues to bring it back to them in a heartbeat.
