I moved out of state and am sad that I couldn't bring Lenny with me. He is the nicest and most honest mechanic I have ever worked with. The first time I brought my car in I thought I had an electrical problem. Both of my headlights went out at the same time and a spare bulb I had didn't work. I took it in to Lenny and after about 15 minutes he came back and told me that my bulbs blew. Apparently, my spare bulb was also bad. He only charged me the price of a pair of new bulbs. No labor costs! Seriously cheap and he didn't seem pissed that I was a numb-sack for bringing my car in for blown bulbs. The second time I brought my car in I had some starting problems. Lenny found the problem right away and quickly changed out the parts for much less than what I would have paid elsewhere. (I have a mechanic friend in Hawaii that I called and even he said that the repair was cheap!) When I went to pick up the car, Lenny handed me my GPS that I left on the dashboard. He took the time to take out the GPS because he didn't want someone to break into my car to steal it. What a guy! It's been about 10,000 miles since I've had the repairs and I haven't had any problems. I drove my car from Boston to Phoenix and I haven't heard any of the clunking sound that Lenny fixed on my third visit to the Civic Center.

good busines ,very frendly customer service ,, after having my car repair 3 times by other shops , never got my car fixed , after spend 2.000 dolares in 3 other shops never got my problem fixed ,, brougth my car in to lee myles to have my car diagnost by lee myles , the manager only had the car for one hour , got a call from lee myles , with good news , after the car was road test by the manager , and having car on lift , ,, manager found the problem , , found that had bad stabalizer bar links worn and one backing plate , repair omly cost me 287.00 dollares,, for the same problem wich cost me 2.000 between 3 shops , I WILL RECOMEND ANY BODY BEFORE GOING TO ANY OTHER SHOP TO HAVE LEE MYLES , DIAGNOST YOU PROBLEM,,, VERY HONEST , AND THEIR TREAT CUSTEMOR JUST LIKE THEIR KNOW YOU FOR YEARS THEIR DESERVE 8 STAR IF WAS AVALIABLE GOOD EXPERIENCE ,,,,,

I spotted the Alpha-Omega sign on my way home where I usually had traveled this path many times back and forth without even noticing it. A smiley faced fellow looked on the smashed roof of my truck and in 4 minutes gave me a precise estimation, making a telephone call to the supplier asking for availability of the part, its price and delivery time. The total was well below the estimation of my insurance. I asked Hovie (that was the smiling fellow’s name) if it was possible to wrap up the work in four days. He said that he would do his best. Everything was done on the third day. My truck was stamped with a smile and we (my truck and I) both left smiling. Later I figured out that Hovie worked until very late at night in order to finish the work on time. On the first evening after I gave Hovie “the go ahead”, I decided to check out the references and reviews that customers wrote. There were none! Moreover the telephone number was different than the one on Hovie's business card. “Y-y-yah”, I said to myself, “what a wonderful world… again”. To make a long story short, Hovie along with his partner recently purchased this business and they are doing very well. The parking lot is filled with exotic cars like a 1965 Mercedes Benz, other Mercedes models with carburetors before the era of fuel injection and distributors before the era of electronic ignition. And all these beauties were shining and… smiling. They also do mechanical work. Ladies and Gentlemen, the all would be happy clients of Alpha-Omega, I will be back not necessarily as a customer if the problem arises again, but simply as a friendly visitor. I found Paul through a recommendation of a friend. As a loyal BMW owner for many years, and one who babies my car and want to make sure it's got the best care, I was really happy to find Paul. He is not only a BMW owner, but knows these cars inside and out. I had a heating system issue, we spoke about it over the phone twice, he ordered more parts than needed so when I brought it in he had the correct part (regulator) on him and fixed it within an hour. He simply returned the part that was not needed. I was able to get work done in the waiting room (with wifi) and when I recently had another issue (cracked rim), he quickly diagnosed the problem too. Turnpike Service Inc. is now under new management. I have followed the mechanic, Patrick from Beverly to South Hamilton and now to Topsfield. He is the fairest and most honest mechanic that I have ever met. He has been working on my 1998 Jeep for over 5 years now and keeps it "running better than new." He has never tried to sell me things that I do not need and will not "replace" parts simply because I feel that they are getting old. He constantly asks me, "when is the part going to break? A year from now or ten years from now?" I never have an answer for him but I find that his answer is always quite sobering. Simply put, why fix something that is not broken? When it (or if) it breaks we can deal with it then. He constantly tells me to save my money! Imagine that!!! He has kept my Jeep running to perfection and I appreciate it greatly. Heck, I have followed him for 3 towns now and I would follow him again! In a way I want to keep Turnpike my little secret but after the way he has treated me over the years I feel that it is only right of me to let the rest of the world know about Patrick too and hopefully he will become as successful as he wants to be. Just as long as I still get special treatment and to the front of what is sure to be a long line in the future. Just kidding, but not really. LOL.....

We are pleased with the service that we receive. We have an Acura and Civic and this company have done a great job with the repairs and maintenance. Some issues that we've had in the past weren't sufficiently assessed and repaired properly by other service providers. However, now that this company is our premier auto mechanic provider, those issues are now of the past. The owner is very polished and knowledgeable about automobiles. He takes the time to educate his clients which we appreciate very much. When our car is being serviced by the company, we are confident that they will be able to address the issue with precision and ensure that safety is a priority! They always successfully diagnose and complete the repairs and within a reasonable timeframe. We are always pleased with their services, which prompts us to be return customers. Interaction with them is easy as we are presented with options which makes it convenient for us as consumers. The owner makes us feel included, making our interactions very productive since he ensures that we have the final say in the decision. At the end of each service visit, the owner takes the time to orally provide a concrete report about all that took place and possibly any additional findings outside of the original scope of work that may require future attention. However, if while working on the vehicles, and they come across something that requires immediate attention and safety is a factor, the owner will personally contact us to review those findings with us. A notable strength of the company is their ability to be efficient and prompt! I am convinced that anyone who utilizes their service will be satisfied. -Melanie
