The owner has been servicing my car for about 15 years. Unless it was an absolute emergency and he was unavailable, I wouldn't let anyone else touch my car. He does a great and conscientious job, on time, for a reasonable price, and more than once has saved me significant money. As an example, I recently took my car to the dealer to have a malfunctioning (and wide-open) window repaired. (This is a case where it was an emergency and he wasn't available!) The repair cost hundreds of dollars. 5 weeks later the repair failed, and the dealer told me their repair didn't fail; it was actually a NEW issue that would cost me another big pile of money to fix. No thanks, I said and headed to S&W. Turns out the problem was a loose connection, an easy fix. S&W saved me $400! I've been a customer of Eco's for over 20 years.The reason for that is the outstanding professional work performed by the skilled technicians. WATCH YOUR WINDSHIELD WIPERS!! THEY RIP YOUR WINDSHIELD WIPERS SO YOU HAVE TO GET NEW ONES TO PASS INSPECTION. I WAS THERE 2 MONTHS AGO AND THEY DID IT TO 2 CARS IN FRONT OF ME AND MYSELF. MY HUSBAND WENT THERE THIS WEEK AND THE SAME THING JUST HAPPENED TO HIM..
