BMW Repair and BMW Sales
Gentlemen- We are writing to say thank you for going above and beyond with service for the BMW 525 we recently purchased from your company. The true sign of a company’s integrity is the follow up care provided, not just the initial sale. In a day and age so severely lacking in ethical business practice you stand head and shoulders above the competition. You can be assured that you have a client for life and that we will be your best marketers! A Quality experience all around! Kudos for stepping up to plate and hitting a walk off winner! Now if you could just get the Red Sox to start hitting…..!

BMW X5 Sales
Bought X5 from Foreign Motorcars. Excellent team of people to work with, very informative and no pressure on the sale. Cannot say enough for the quality of their vehicles, unlike other car dealers you do NOT have to worry about service or mechanic issues with their cars. No unforeseen out of pocket expenses. Have gone back to them for oil and other regular service. Would highly recommend them!

2007 BMW 530XI
I have to echo the other reviews about this place. They are fantastic. I have never posted on Yelp or any other review site but felt I needed to this time. I bought a 2007 BMW 530XI from them in June 2011. After 3 months my radiator had a slow coolant leak. The warranty I had was for 2 months, so I didn't bring it in (mistake, I should have). Anyway for the next 11 months I would fill the radiator with coolant every 2-3 months, not a big deal. Last week I got a notice from BMW stating that my car needed to be recalled for a faulty part so I brought it to the local BMW dealer in Peabody. While I was there getting that done, I asked them about the leak. They came back and said I had a cracked radiator and that it would be over $1000 to fix. I thought this is BS and didn't have them do it. I called Foreign Motorcars and talked to Brad about it and he said bring it in. The next day I talked to Dave who said it was a leaky seal around the thermostat in the radiator. He then said that because it had been leaking since I bought it, he would honor the warranty and I would only have to pay the $100 deductible to get it fixed. I couldn't believe it, this was 9 months after the warranty had expired and he honored it. I would recommend them to anybody who needs a car or needs to get a car fixed. This is how to do business. Thanks Brad and Dave.

BMW Dealership and Sales
"Dear Brad, We want to apologize for taking so long to write this letter. We have been enjoying our new car, and could not be happier with our purchase. It has been Susan's dream to one day own a BMW, but with young children, it seemed impossible. Then one day the children all grew up and I suggested that, we take a look at some BMW's at Foreign Motors. We had driven by your dealership many times and always admired the cars in your lot. We just want to say thank you and that we are so pleased that we purchased our first BMW from you; you made the whole experience a memorable one. Susan and I were very impressed with your professionalism and honesty and we would recommend your dealership to friends and family. As I said before, Susan and I love our new car and since we love it so much we plan on coming back in a few years to purchase a second BMW maybe even an SUV! Thanks Again Brad."

BMW Repair
My wife and I had brought our 2008 BMW 328XI to "another" authorized BMW repair shop on L Street in South Boston in August of 2010. I will leave their name out, but again on the right hand side of L St. (heading towards the water) near East 3rd. The owner their told us that our power steering fluid was leaking and that we would need to spend $1200 to fix this. Well, we were having a baby and decided to watch the power steering fluid ourselves and delay the expensive repair. We also got a funny vibe from the owner which turned us off. Fast forward to February of 2011- the steering is tightening and is making small squeaks. So, we had heard about Foreign Motorcars and had brought our car in for an oil change in the fall ( very reasonable compared to the dealer). When we went back in Feb to report the tightness, he took us right in. He told us that almost all hoses leak a little in BMW's. He said that all we needed was a system flush (there was something in the line blocking the fluid from getting to the steering column). Total cost? $62.00. Total savings by going from a crook to an honest guy? $1138.00. Go here, they kick ass! Jay and Kerryann

BMW Service
Alright so I normally never do reviews but these guys here are not your typical salesmen. The first car i went to check out was a 2004 330xi, a car I immediately fell in love with at first sight and on the first test drive. So I bought it and Kyle (the owner) was able to work with me on the numbers as this was only the second car I had purchased. So he walked me through it which was a huge help. After the purchase (about a week later) the car needed a new front axle. Something that was very costly and the car being fresh off the lot...lets just say I wasn't too happy. I went to BMW Norwood and let them look at it. They quoted me 1,600...I was like are you joking me? I quickly shot Kyle (the owner) a quick email about it and he said to bring it in. David (my new best friend/mechanic) gave me a call later that day and said he would take care of it for just the $100 deductible. Wow I thought...these guys take care of you because selling cars is not their only concern. They are good, honest, and informative people who take care of their customers. They really want you to love driving your BMW as much as they love driving theirs. Recently I traded that first car I bought because I had been eyeing a beautiful 2007 335xi alpine white CPO. Can I just say...I am so happy with the new car. Once again everyone... Brad, Kyle, And David made the process so easy. They answered all my questions honestly and informatively. So I finalized the divorce with my 2004 330xi and remarried a gorgeous 2007 335xi. I feel like a new man. I thought my 330 was fast......not anymore. If anyone is looking for a great used BMW make sure to give Foreign Motor Cars a drop in. You won't be pressured into buying something you don't want or have the fake smile, handshake, and verbal vomit procedure. You will meet 3 of the best down to earth car guys who love what they do. You can tell they want you to really love your new purchase because buying a new car is a big deal right? Exactly. So make

BMW Repair and Sales
I have been bringing my '01 BMW 330 here the last 6 months for service and I have never been happier with the results. David is a true professional and always treated my car great. They always have a great collection of BMW for sale; and being a BMW enthusiast myself - it becomes very hard to walk in their and not trade up. This past week, I finally decided to move ahead and purchase an '07 530xi. I have purchased many cars in the past, but have never had an easier or more pleasant experience than the one I had with Foreign Motorcars. Brad and Kyle are both knowledgeable and intuitive when it comes to the car buying process. It was truly the easiest and most satisfying experience I have ever had at a dealership. Brad made financing simple, quick, and painless. Kyle worked to ensure that I was happy with the vehicle and that it was registered and inspected promptly for pick up. There are not enough good things I can say about this place, you'll just have to stop in and experience it for yourself. Any true BMW enthusiast will clearly see the passion that these three guys have!
