Auto inspection service near Westford, MA

Talk about poor customer service skills- these guys were caught in a lie straight to my face and kept going!!! Definetly would advise against using them for anything. Ended up with more problems than I started with. I had used them in the past, but this is the end for me.

A+ service, and i'll be staying her for all my wheel/suspension work. I ordered a set of winter tires from Tire Rack and Fahey came highly recommended on their site as well as here. I hit the shop with my winter rims to get them installed today and they found two cracks in two rims. I had been having trouble with one last year but thought it was the old tire. Fahey is sending the rims out and expects to get me back in next week. No charge for the hour of their time it took to help me out.

Fantastic people who will do anything they can to help you out. I recommend them to anyone I hear complaining about their car or mechanic.

I took my car to Mikes Auto Repair for new brake pads and rotor replacement because his rputation online, he was helpful on the phone and he quoted what sounded like a fair price. Mike continued to impress with his warm and helpful customer service, putting my car on his lift immediately, showing me everything he saw, and walking me through the alternatives. He was able to get the appropriate parts in ten minutes and get right to work, and he had my car finished in less than three hours. He even took a test ride with me to ensure everything was to my satisfaction.

These people are wonderful to work with. They don't cut corners but put my priority - safety - always first. They explain everything clearly and are very detailed and professional with all inspections, maintenance and repairs. Best maintenance shop I have ever been to. Great experience. I own a BMW 328Xi and was looking for a guy who doesn't rip me off but is knowledgeable about the European cars. Mechanic Advisor suggested Nicks which is right off the exit 32 on I93. Nick was very sensible and had given me the best estimate I could get. Even though I was keen on getting other things fixed, Nick suggested that they were in decent shape for now. That is the best quality about Nick. He will only fix what is needed and doesn't not rip you off with sky high estimates. If you have a European car, then this is your guy. Period! Thanks Nick, Abhi

Had problems with previous shops. Car always pulled after alignment. After visiting Atech the problem no longer exists. Very pleased! Super clean shop, very professional!

I have a 1967 NADA 109 Land Rover. I brought it into J. Whites Automotive to have general service done along with a brake job. They did an outstanding job on my Land Rover,. The service was so top notch that I got to tell you about it. In the past few years she has been showing her age in the way she been running. I use to have her picked up once a year on a flat bed and she was trucked up to VT for maintenance. I was going to put her up for sale after 20 plus years. Here is what happened: J Whites went through entire vehicle. The 109 now runs like it did in 1967! It never skips a beat; the steering is awesome with no play in the wheel. You can take your hand off the wheel and it now stops on a dime straight even time. J. White has got this rover running so good that I am keeping it and when I take it out I leave my AAA card at home. I highly recommend J Whites Automotive.

I needed new tires yesterday and Ron was able to get me the best price around by far. Great service and fast turnaround. Car rides great again!

My MB needed a tuning belt replacement and I emailed Dave and setup an appointment. Upon arrival I was given an estimate of the time. I left for work and in exact time I got a message that my car's tuning belt was replaced. Dave, bob and their team deserve all the credit for their professional and friendly service.

The owner is rude, inflexible, and ignorant. He refused to allow my agent to pick up my car, EVEN WITH A SIGNED AFFIDAVIT. My guess is he wanted the 3 extra days "storage" he was going to claim. He claimed he had no FAX to accept a signature and no INTERNET to accept a scanned form. He is a liar and a cheat, and downright rude and miserable. STAY AWAY IF POSSIBLE. WELLESLEY POLICE, PLEASE REMOVE HIM FROM YOUR ACCEPTABLE LIST OF TOWING COMPANIES!
