Barry Roth and his team provided great service for my '98 M3 Cabrio for years. It was a perfect car, and they helped me keep it that way. When I decided to upgrade, Barry knew I wanted a Carrera 4 and located one for me a few months back. The car's in great shape, and the transaction was straight-forward, no BS, no extra charges, no hassle. Even though I have moved out of state, I plan to make the trip to Medway to have Barry's team service the Carrera and would recommend them without hesitation.

I went in for diagnostic work regarding my gas mileage, they did full diagnostic and found nothing wrong and spoke with me extensively about it. They didn't charge me for the work, they were fantastic, pleasant, knowledgeable, personable, this was a 5 star car service, I will be going back again and again.

Overland was sold back in May 2018 and the new name is Boston Rover Repair I did not know what to expect, I took the car in and Tom figure it out on the spot they really do know Rovers. I can't thank enough Arti and Tom for the fast turn around on those repairs just before a trip, the car was overheating and others couldn't find the issue since the radiator was not leaking. I own a BMW 328Xi and was looking for a guy who doesn't rip me off but is knowledgeable about the European cars. Mechanic Advisor suggested Nicks which is right off the exit 32 on I93. Nick was very sensible and had given me the best estimate I could get. Even though I was keen on getting other things fixed, Nick suggested that they were in decent shape for now. theCARS Company, as mentioned by other reviewers, deserves 5 star ratings across all boards. Service is extremely quick (usually takes a couple hours for normal maintenance; few minutes for an oil change) and fairly priced. They have appointments open constantly and 'reservations' are easy to make. In terms of quality, I have been in there twice--once because my 'check engine' light lit up and the other for the 45,000 mile routine maintenance--and the results couldn't have been better. Problems are discovered quickly and solutions are provided even faster. What sets theCARS Company apart from any other car shop I've been to is their customer care. Point in case: recommending a cheap buff-and-polish job for the many bumps and scratches on my car as opposed to an extremely expensive paint job. Need another example? They offer discounts and coupons constantly. They don't hide them from you. In fact, make sure to politely ask if they have any available and they will respond honestly. Believe me, they've got your back and they're looking to protect your wallet. They seem genuinely interested in your best interest and not on making a quick buck. NEVER AGAIN. Manipulated, lied to, and guilt tripped into giving up my first car - a rare vintage Japanese sedan I had wanted to own since I was a little kid in elementary school +15 years ago. They let it sit for almost 2 months before putting it on a lift and giving me the runaround - blatant excuses saying it was unroadworthy and too far gone due to rot on a frame rail and a strut tower (could have been fixed by someone proficient in fabricating and welding) Claimed that for some of the work that COULD be done they'd have to use parts (subframe, axles & suspension related stuff) off the next gen of model on it which is impossible and should have keyed me in on their cluelessness and BS. To add insult to injury they lied a second time upon calling a relative of mine after I published a negative Google review detailing my experience there and intimidated me into deleting my review (very unprofessional and mafia-like behavior) - the gist of what I said in the review was it made no sense to have "restoration" in their services if they couldn't fix unibody rot and didn't have a fabricator working for them. Somehow (at least according to my relative) they interpreted this as me blaming them for the rust on the car - absolutely preposterous. If you are young and own a vintage car stay far far far away - these people only cater to people who drive appliances on wheels. If you're a boomer with a 73-77 Monte Carlo though they'll treat you like royalty and put pics of it on their FB page. Once again, stay far far far away - don't go through the same amount of mental stress and anguish as I have.
