Founded in 1985, Shepard's Service Center started as an automotive repair and gasoline service station in Finksburg, Maryland. In 1998, we decided to devote all of our time to automobile and light truck repair allowing us to meet more of our customer's needs. In 2010, we moved to a new convenient location, 3226 Baltimore Blvd. Finksburg, to better serve our customers. Our renovated repair facility is equipped with all of the latest diagnostic tools and equipment. The managers and mechanics at Bowie Shell are honest. They do not inflate prices and provide a thorough and honest assessment regarding the status of the car and fair pricing for any repairs needed. Carl and Ron are the greatest.

When we lived in the Beltsville area Lloyd's Automotive was the only place for years we trusted for our vehicles. The owner of Lloyd's is fair and honest. I have not found such a personal and trustworthy mechanic since we have moved out of the area. So if your looking for a good honest place to take your vehicles I highly recommend Lloyd's Automotive.

We have been using this company for years to service our trucks. The service has completely died. The owners are too old and too slow, they cannot produce estimates for weeks on end. They do not produce bills upon request, and during the wait time, they charge you storage fees upon work that isn't completed. Mark is a complete jerk, he treats customers as if they are dogs. I recommend bringing your business elsewhere. i for one will never return, and my fleet of 8 trucks will be serviced elsewhere.
