BEST MECHANIC EVER! I can not say enough good things about Mike and his team! He is a great mechanic as well as being trustworthy and honest! When I lost my brakes on my Land Rover when driving to Ocean City for vacation, he fixed it and billed me less than he initially quoted me. More importantly, it is how he made himself available to me after I experienced an additional problem a week later for which I will always be grateful. Since I was now back in Baltimore, I went to 3 different mechanics including Land Rover to get this new problem repaired. Land Rover even wanted to charge me $5,000 to repair it so I called Mike, with whom I now had a relationship and trusted, and he was pretty confident that these shops were all misdiagnosing the problem. He said if I got my car (which was not running) back to him, we would figure out what was wrong. So, I had it towed back to his shop (160 miles away) in Ocean City and sure enough, he fixed it...and for free! (I probably shouldn't tell everyone that he didn't charge me for all his time but that is the type of guy he is....he genuinely cares about his customers and will do whatever he can to help). If you are like me and know nothing about cars, it is always nerve-racking to take your car into a mechanic shop because you never know if they are being honest with you and not trying to "upsell" you. Mike is a great mechanic, diagnostician, but more importantly, a good guy! If you need work done on your car, he is the only shop to go to!
