The whole story is long so I will use vague details to summarize. I was involved in a motorcycle accident, ended up in shock trauma for 8 days. My bike was towed to Sullivan's. They were trying to stall on allowing my friends to pick up my bike for me, and when I had to pay, there were suspicious and ridiculous charges and fees. Be cautious of this business, they actively attempt to rip people off, I have notified the BBB who has 3 other complaints against them.

Perhaps the day the other guy had his bad review was a VERY busy day for Doug and he could have hung up by accident. I moved away from the area but if I was in the area again and needed work, this is the place I would go. He's been a truck mechanic for over 50 years and is VERY reliable and goes out of his way to help EVERYONE!
