Import Auto Service is fantastic!! I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years. I started going to Import when I had a 1986 Volvo and needed my air conditioning repaired. I took it the dealer who wanted $2,000 to fix which I did not want to pay for something needed only during the summer. I always do thorough research and Import Auto Service had great reviews from customers and the Better Business Bureau. I decided to take my car to Import - to my amazement, the total cost was $800.00 and included some other services. That was the beginning of a great and long lasting relationship. Import kept my Volvo on the road for many years - I sold the Volvo in 2010 and the new owner still drives it and (on my recommendation) takes it to Import for servicing. Import now services my current Volvo. I trust Import completely - they are honest, ethical and are committed to providing quality service and having satisfied customers. The staff is always very friendly and courteous and the mechanics are experienced and knowledgeable. Import's prices are significantly less than the dealers and they have saved me a lot of dollars over the years. I had gone to Pep Boys who told me I needed $600 dollars in work...after leaving International Auto I only paid $126 (including an oil change!!) Overall a great place to go. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. That said, they WILL up-charge you signifcantly to change your engine and cabin air filter. The guy said that to change a cabin air filter, it takes 30 minutes to access the filter itself, thus necessitating a charge of $50 for parts and labor. I knew that was patently false, as it can be easily accessed on my vehicle (2013 Accord) through the glove compartment, which unhinges without any tools. I bought the same cabin air filter from NAPA auto parts for $15 and installed it myself. Essentially the same speech was given for the engine air filter, and I did the same thing. BLUF: Know about how much something should cost and how easy the job is to do it.

Great Bunch of Guys !!! They checked my air conditioning for .. FREE .. and added .. FREON. It worked immediately. NO CHARGE .. for the service or FREON !!! Not only are they a .. Full Service Shop .. but .. they do .. Transmission work .. also. I finally found a .. Trustworthy Service Center .. that I can tell my .. Family and Friends about !!! Thanks .. These guys are top notch and are trustworthy. They always go above and beyond. With all the horror stories you hear about other mechanics, it is refreshing to have such honest and courteous mechanics right in our backyard. Brandon and his crew have been servicing my wife's car for the past year and a half and it's been an awesome experience. Do yourself and your car a favor and check them out. John at Euro is the best!!!! He has done everything from welding to oil changes for us... We use him exclusivly for all the "need it done now and done right" jobs... I would highly recommend him for anything auto (or boat) that needs to be done right and fast....
