Had a time set up through insurance company & rental company. I was refused for service after already being in touch w/ Quality Autobody previously. These guys know the Mercedes and BMW brands, and they provide excellent maintenance and service at prices WELL BELOW the dealership service center's price! AND I receive a comlimentary wash and vacuum of my 5 series at each visit. Instead of Silver Star, you should be called FIVE STARS!!!!!

This place was impressive! Clean shop, free coffee, wood floors!! They only charged me $899.45 for the rear main seal on my 2003 Lexus Rx300. The dealer had quoted me $1750! The owner, Jeff told me that he had been working for Lexus for 13 years, he even took care of my idle problem when he did the seal. I mentioned it to him and he knew exactly what it was. Love this place!! will be back
