I love Census Auto Repair. I have been going there for about five years for various auto repairs and have never been dissappointed. One of the reasons I love them is because of their knowledge about vehicles (I have had several that they have serviced),professionalism and they treat me with so much respect. I never feel taken advantage of or overcharged. When I'm asked why I don't take my vehicle (Lexus Nt200) to the dealer, my response is always, why you don't take your vehicle to Census. The people were very friendly and helpful. I decided not to get some of the work done there as I found much cheaper options elsewhere, but that was my choice and not a problem with Nielson’s. My main frustration is that a day after I had my car looked at there (and had the problems they identified addressed by another cheaper garage), the car failed a safety inspection for three things that did not show up anywhere on their report: parking break not holding, and a front and rear marker light out. Those seem like very easy things to identify, especially the lights, so not sure why they were missed.

I always get premium service at Advanced Automotive Repair. I have been a customer for a very long time and have never had an issue with any repairs or maintenance they have performed for me. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs a great trustworthy mechanic. Jim & his crew are great!

This time was for an inspection but I have been there for repairs too. This is always my preferred place to take my car because they always do a good job, customer service is great, price is fair and they are honest.

There are inconsistency between statements for availability and prices given on the website, on the phone, upon arrival, and after service for the same service. The repair were done right but kept haggling with prices (as if originally quoted prices were not effective) before the repair and tried to sell other services after I brought the price down for what was originally stated as a guanranteed price for the service. It was a lot of headache and time consuming.

This place was impressive! Clean shop, free coffee, wood floors!! They only charged me $899.45 for the rear main seal on my 2003 Lexus Rx300. The dealer had quoted me $1750! The owner, Jeff told me that he had been working for Lexus for 13 years, he even took care of my idle problem when he did the seal. I mentioned it to him and he knew exactly what it was. Love this place!! will be back
