The entire team are focused, in my view, on ensuring that the customer is completely satisfied with their work and they go out of their way to accomplish that. In my particular case, the team came by to give me a jump and then ended up driving the car to the repair shop which allowed me to focus on other important issues. Although it was a very steep price labor wise (400.00) for a 35.00 plastic piece replacement, the phone service and in person service were friendly and were able to get it done same day which really helped. If the price was more reasonable I would come back for every repair without a hesitation. The staff was great.

I went out on a limb and tried a new mechanic based on the solid reviews on google, and wasn't disappointed. I took my car in for a headlight out and an oil change. As soon as I dropped my car off, their staff drove me to the nearest metro stop so I could get into work. After I picked up my car and drove it for a few days, my headlight went out again. I called, and they said to bring my car back in so they could remove the entire light assembly and get to the root of the problem. Sure enough, there was a wiring issue which they fixed by the end of the day. Even though it was a labor-intensive process (removing the bumper) to get to the light fixture, they worked with me on the price for the additional work. All in all this was a great experience and I'll definitely bring my car back!

I've been coming to Georgetown Auto Service since I moved to the area back in 2011. I came in for my regular oil change and check-up. I had also just been to the dealership since I lost my car key and needed to get a replacement. At the dealership, I was informed that my brake pads needed to be replaced immediately. I found that feedback odd since I take good care of my vehicle. I decided to decline the service. When I brought my car in to Georgetown Auto Service, I asked about my brake pads and they explained that I had about 30% life left and that the pads did not need to be replaced just yet. I sincerely appreciated their honesty, especially since this was during the holidays, it goes to show why I keep coming back. I trust the entire team. Thanks for all that you do.

Roberto and Bobby are both wonderful in knowing so much about multiple types of cars my family and I bring in to them, and communicating that knowledge to us. Roberto found out that something I'd asked to have fixed was covered by the manufacturer and even printed out the information so that I was armed to take it to the dealer. They will give references for some more specialized interior work that they can't do (reattaching the upholstery to the ceiling of the van, for one example) but they mostly can do everything. And the transportation to and from is a huge plus to their good work. Thank you.

Car battery died in DC and needed a tow back to a garage, unfortunately it was Sunday so no one was open. However Georgetown Auto answered a call despite their garage being closed and did suggest a tow company to bring to their garage so they could work on in it very first thing the next day. I appreciate their honesty and they only performed what was necessary to get my car moving. They performed diagnostics and replaced my battery under warranty as well.

I am happy to provide positive feedback! My coolant light came on and the engine overheated. After a LOT of telephone advice, I got the car to Georgetown Auto. After they tested all systems to determine the source of the issue, they could not find what was wrong. So, with advice to watch the indicator carefully, they sent me on my way. I've been to Georgetown Auto Service a few times in the past couple of months for various car issues/repairs including questions, second opinions, estimates and concerns of being "jerked around" by my dealership. Quick, responsive, and friendly. The price seemed fair as well. I just had an Oil Change and filter replacement in my Acura (the A1 service light was on) and they had me in and out within an hour. Packed house for being a bit off the beaten path (the only way to get to Randolph is if you're coming southbound down Route 1 or through Del Ray).
