I received fast, honest and reliable service. BA Auto far exceeded my expectations and lived up to their positive reviews online. I had an unknown problem with my vehicle and didn't know what to expect. Of course I thought the worst and was anticipating an expensive repair. BA Auto diagnosed the issue and it ended up being a missing bolt and a few loose ones. They had my vehicle taken care of the same day and the charge was more than affordable. It was a huge relief to receive honest service at a more than reasonable rate. I'll be bringing my vehicle here for service when needed in the future! Serviced in September 2021.

Im honestly surprised that there arent more reviews for this gem! Rodney (the owner) was so kind, professional and helpful. I had gone to Pep Boys who told me I needed $600 dollars in work...after leaving International Auto I only paid $126 (including an oil change!!) Went there as a female and was totally taken advantage of. Engine light on given code told would take 2 days to pinpoint exactly what was wrong because Mercedes are set up that way. They had my car for one week, discussed everything, but Engine light kept displaying engine light. Discussion stating waiting for a different scanner for Mercedes car at the end of the week. $1000 dollars later (motor mounts and everything else) given a Mercedes only Rhine code (same code as if I'm stupid) and told had to go to a Mercedes dealership. AND THEY HAVE THE NERVE TO HAVE A BIG SIGN THAT SAYS HONESTY IS EVERYTHING. Just wanted my money even though they knew from the beginning they couldn't help me. ONLY GO THERE IF YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF.

I have been taking my Honda and Lexus to Freestate for over 3 years. They are helpful in letting me know what is wrong with my vehicle and what could wait until the next service. Import Auto Service is fantastic!! I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years. I started going to Import when I had a 1986 Volvo and needed my air conditioning repaired. I took it the dealer who wanted $2,000 to fix which I did not want to pay for something needed only during the summer. I always do thorough research and Import Auto Service had great reviews from customers and the Better Business Bureau. I decided to take my car to Import - to my amazement, the total cost was $800.00 and included some other services. That was the beginning of a great and long lasting relationship. Import kept my Volvo on the road for many years - I sold the Volvo in 2010 and the new owner still drives it and (on my recommendation) takes it to Import for servicing.
