I received fast, honest and reliable service. BA Auto far exceeded my expectations and lived up to their positive reviews online. I had an unknown problem with my vehicle and didn't know what to expect. Of course I thought the worst and was anticipating an expensive repair. BA Auto diagnosed the issue and it ended up being a missing bolt and a few loose ones. They had my vehicle taken care of the same day and the charge was more than affordable. My car was making a rattling noise when I started it. They did an oil change and said that fixed the issue. Two days later it started doing it again. The shop is always too busy to diagnose and fix problems.If it’s not a basic or straight forward issue they can’t handle it.
