I received fast, honest and reliable service. BA Auto far exceeded my expectations and lived up to their positive reviews online. I had an unknown problem with my vehicle and didn't know what to expect. Of course I thought the worst and was anticipating an expensive repair. BA Auto diagnosed the issue and it ended up being a missing bolt and a few loose ones. They had my vehicle taken care of the same day and the charge was more than affordable. It was a huge relief to receive honest service at a more than reasonable rate. I'll be bringing my vehicle here for service when needed in the future! Serviced in September 2021.

Was able to get in same day. Very friendly staff. Went to Ranglin’s after calling around and being told I would have to wait at least a week to get my car in. Got a appointment next day and was able to get I pick up car using there after hours lock box. Also price was very reasonable. Will definitely be coming back for my future car service needs.

I love Census Auto Repair. I have been going there for about five years for various auto repairs and have never been dissappointed. One of the reasons I love them is because of their knowledge about vehicles (I have had several that they have serviced),professionalism and they treat me with so much respect. I never feel taken advantage of or overcharged. When I'm asked why I don't take my vehicle (Lexus Nt200) to the dealer, my response is always, why you don't take your vehicle to Census. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Keep up the good work Census! You have a lifetime customer.

The folks at API are very in tune to the latest technologies and electronics available in today's vehicle industry.I have never been disappointed in any work completed on my vehicle at API Service. This place was impressive! Clean shop, free coffee, wood floors!! They only charged me $899.45 for the rear main seal on my 2003 Lexus Rx300. The dealer had quoted me $1750! The owner, Jeff told me that he had been working for Lexus for 13 years, he even took care of my idle problem when he did the seal. I mentioned it to him and he knew exactly what it was. Love this place!! will be back
