We went to Roche Automotive after several of our close friends told us... read more We went to Roche Automotive after several of our close friends told us that they were the best in the area for diagnosing and repairing check engine lights. We had been to several other shops in the area and they said the problem was fixed, but the light would return after a couple of days. Brant and Jeff were both very helpful, explained everything very clearly and kept us informed through out the process. The bottom line is they found a small crack in a vacuum hose and repaired it, the light has been off for 3 months and we could not be happier. If we would have come here first, we would have saved over $1000 in unneeded repairs. Needless to say we will definitely be back and would recommend anyone looking for an honest and fair mechanic to try Roche Automotive.

In April 2014 Took my car in, guy kept if first 2 weeks, didn't address the problem. Afterwards I had to return the vehicle 6 times and he still didn't repair the problem. Took the car to the dealer who found the problem and said GAC had installed a cheap aftermarket part (not OEM) that was incompatible with the vehicle that doesn't take aftermarket parts. This guy ripped me off and refuses to reimburse me. Also I asked from the beginning for the parts he replaced, he lied saying I never asked for the parts. He did the same thing to my daughter. I would never take my car back to this guy after the way he ripped me off.
This man is the most honest genuine mechanic I have ever met. He was a... read more This man is the most honest genuine mechanic I have ever met. He was able to diagnose my problem over the phone, then when I bought it in anyway he was absolutely right! The part that is impressive is, the problem was my front tires, he did not charge me any money when I offered, he gave me lots of helpful advice. I can not believe that there are still people like Tim around, no wonder everybody takes there vehicle to him, and although he is always busy, he will get you scheduled in very quickly! Aside from my Dad who is also a mechanic, Tim is the only one I will EVER take my vehicles to.... I will strongly recommend him to anyone.
