I’ve used European Auto Body for my cars several times and have been more than pleased with the timeliness, the quality of work, and the price. This shop does excellent work and it’s obvious they take pride in what they do. Specifically, I refer to Mr. Linton Browne, who treats each car as if it’s his own, and who is one of the most customer-oriented technicians I’ve ever met. My most recent repair involved adjusting the position of the passenger-side front fender on my 2008 Corvette. The fender had shifted out of alignment—due to a long-ago previous repair from some other auto body shop—and was hanging up on the front edge of the door, preventing the door from opening. I stopped in one morning to make an appointment with Linton to bring in the car for repair. Linton literally dropped what he was doing, got out a few tools and, in less than ten minutes, he had adjusted the fender perfectly, thereby correcting a door-opening problem that had plagued me for quite some time. AND his price was exceptionally reasonable. Where else can you find service like that? I guess I don’t need to say where I’ll continue to bring my cars in the future!

1.0 star rating 7/10/2019 I dropped my 1982 VW off at Hartloves in August 23,2017 to have John get the engine running (as it was not running for 7years)if he could and get it roadworthy. After many months he and crew got the car running and contacted me so I went to MVA got tags ,insurance in February 2019. When coming to pick up vehicle the mechanic said he had it on the road doing 80 mph and ran like a top but ran the gas tank empty and the new fuel injection system and filters had to be cleaned and repaired/replaced. i went to the facility and inquired as to why they didn't replace fuel tank,oil filter before road testing and was told by John that NOW the engine is smoking. I chalked up after $1,000 into this that lets just rebuild the engine at my expense,replace gas tank and sending unit April 15,2019.As of now July 10,2019 have tried to contact John to no avail. My wife and I went to his office July 10,2019 where his secretary could not contact him or give us any information as to parts ordered,where the engine is rebuilt,time frame,looking at vehicle engine is out no new gas tank installed at this time, car sitting outside same place. Very disrespectful owner who is a "Know it All" type of guy. Would let me talk and hear what I'm saying but did not listen to anything at all. I was explaining my situation. told the man I have went to different shops, got estimates and told him what all four shops said and from my experience on cars this is the issue. He says "I'm not going to give no stupid estimate on anything over the phone. I said sir, just a rough estimate. He of course acted stubborn so I'm trying to give him money so I tried again this time saying, well, how about just putting a new engine in my car. He still said He's not giving a estimate in a disrespectful manner. I politely took my business away from him. His workers are very respectable but THE OWNER IS A Complete DOUCHE
