Import Auto Service is fantastic!! I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years. I started going to Import when I had a 1986 Volvo and needed my air conditioning repaired. I took it the dealer who wanted $2,000 to fix which I did not want to pay for something needed only during the summer. I always do thorough research and Import Auto Service had great reviews from customers and the Better Business Bureau. I decided to take my car to Import - to my amazement, the total cost was $800.00 and included some other services. That was the beginning of a great and long lasting relationship. Import kept my Volvo on the road for many years - I sold the Volvo in 2010 and the new owner still drives it and (on my recommendation) takes it to Import for servicing. Import now services my current Volvo. I trust Import completely - they are honest, ethical and are committed to providing quality service and having satisfied customers. The staff is always very friendly and courteous and the mechanics are experienced and knowledgeable. Import's prices are significantly less than the dealers and they have saved me a lot of dollars over the years. I cannot say enough good things about my experiences with Import (in my 15+ years) and I have recommended many people to Import and will continue to do so. Thanks Import Auto Service!! Gloria S. I’ve used European Auto Body for my cars several times and have been more than pleased with the timeliness, the quality of work, and the price. This shop does excellent work and it’s obvious they take pride in what they do. Specifically, I refer to Mr. Linton Browne, who treats each car as if it’s his own, and who is one of the most customer-oriented technicians I’ve ever met. My most recent repair involved adjusting the position of the passenger-side front fender on my 2008 Corvette. The fender had shifted out of alignment—due to a long-ago previous repair from some other auto body shop—and was hanging up on the front edge of the door, preventing the door from opening. I stopped in one morning to make an appointment with Linton to bring in the car for repair. Linton literally dropped what he was doing, got out a few tools and, in less than ten minutes, he had adjusted the fender perfectly, thereby correcting a door-opening problem that had plagued me for quite some time. AND his price was exceptionally reasonable. Where else can you find service like that? I guess I don’t need to say where I’ll continue to bring my cars in the future!

Just awful unprofessional service. I have not been this regretful in a long time, especially after my best friend pleaded to me to take my car to the Toyota dealer. Anyway, this place jacks prices up due to the neighborhood (mostly wealthy to outright rich). My experience was a true price gouge, but since my car was already in the shop and I was 5 miles away, I agreed to let them do the work (totally my fault). But, I did asked the guy to pledge that the work would be done right. His response: "Always". Well that was a lie. Now my car is making all kinds of creepy sounds. The ride is still bumpy and the brake job makes odd noises when you stop. Save yourself a lot of headache and heed my warning. Run, don't walk, to another repair shop. This place is not a quality shop. They don't even bother responding to negative reviews, because there is too many. In the end, I blame myself. I took my car there and I approved the work. I got a bad deal and they did terrible work. (that part is on them) Please don't give them any of hard-earned dollars. Not worth it.

My Volvo broke down near their station and I had my car towed there for repair. Unfortunately the car was not worth fixing but fortunately I came across a great service station. I've since purchased a used Subaru and have had it there for service and couldn't be happier. Brian Ben and their staff are excellent mechanics and extremely honest. If you are looking for a repair shop don't hesitate to give them a chance you will be very happy. Mark V.

I recently took my Mercedes to this shop for repair because after owning the car for 12 years, I am tired of the pretentious attitudes and high prices of the dealership service department. API is a great alternative. The people who work at API are familiar with Mercedes cars, have the right tools to service them, and are able to get the right parts. Most importantly, they are friendly and make their customers feel valued. I plan to continue taking my car to API for future service needs!

On Oct 30, 2013 I bought a 2010 Honda Insight from your company Car Finders of MD, for $10,747.00. Owner Mr. Corbitt told me that the car was in good shape and didn’t get into any major accident except a couple scratches on the rear end bumper. He insured me that the bumper will only cost around $600-$700 to fix the minor problem with me agreeing to pay $400. From outside, the problem was fixed along with the car passing the Maryland inspection from BP station located at 5612 Balt. National Pike. After I brought it to my trusted auto shop making sure everything working properly. According to Chao’s auto he told me that the muffler was touching the bumper and it was not safe to drive around in winter time. He suggested me to take the car into an auto body shop to inspect everything. After detail inspection, Han’s auto body shop stated that the car had been in a big impact from the rear end. The rear body panel needed to be replaced while the rear body needed to be fixed as well as the muffler that needed to be out so it wouldn’t touch the bumper to cause fire. In addition, the rear right wheel is now bended and needed to be replaced. The total cost of repair is $1800-$2000, and will need at least one week to be fixed. On Nov 14, 2013, I took the car back to BP Station where the car got inspection with MD state police automotive safety enforcement officers. They both agreed that the Honda insight should have not been passed the inspection. BP station is at fault due to they're negligence and very careless with inspection. Not only did Car Finder LLC fail to disclose the truth regarding the rear floor. BP station should do a better job to protect consumer right. To resolve the problem, I would appreciate Car Finder of MD, LLC and BP station share the responsibility and reimburse me the repair cost, with a total is $1800. I sent both company the certified letter on Nov 18 but both have no response. This is second approach before I go to small claim suit.

Went there on Oct 16, 2015 for a simple oil change, have already filed with the BBB, car was running fine, told me I needed a qt of transmission fluid, I said fine, the minute I left the car began bucking, that was a Friday, please also note I am a female, on Saturday really didn't drive much as my son took me to PA in his car but when I did in the early am still the same problem, bucking and not shifting appropriately. On Sunday took the car to Walmart, much worse, it actually shut off, check engine light came on, cruise control light came on, had to turn off car, wait, gingerly start back up and ease my way back home. I called my mechanic. He came over. Let's start with the fact that I was 1 1/2 quarts low on oil (2 days after an oil change) and my transmission fluid was bone dry), he put 2 1/2 quarts of transmission fluid in, told me to go to work the next day have the guys pull it in the shop and hook it up to see if it throws any codes and then go over it with a fine tooth comb. See what Charm City didn't know is that I really hate to bother my mechanics for an oil change so I go there, but I've been working with mechanics for 16 years, so they pulled my car in the shop went over it and still had to add another quart of transmission fluid. My certified mechanics have told me that either charm city pulled the transmission plug and drained the tranny fluid or they used a fluid evacuator, when I confronted the owner who took offense to my language and really who wouldn't be pissed, he could have blown up my transmission..he lied, he said a fluid evacuator takes an hours...sorry bud....5 to 8 minutes....his mechanic lied and said he put 6 quarts of oil in my car...first off...why would you put 6 quarts when you only need to put 5 and you didn't put 5...liar...I don't care that you've been in business for 26 years, you saw a female coming in who never uses you for service and you thought you could get some service work from me, so you drained my tranny fluid and then had the gall to ask why I didn't come back, because you are untrustworthy, BEWARE ONE AND ALL. I have 2 certified mechanics that will testify to my story. This place needs to be investigated!!!!
