I have now had my BMW Series 3 for a month - which I purchased from B & M Motors. I took my car in to B & M to have some added things done after the sale. They did a fantastic job and provided GREAT after-sale support!! This Gem of a human being wants to charge my daughter $349.00 to put a set of rear brakes on her car and it will be extra for rotors! I've NEVER seen anyone charge a price like this. It's a 2005 Monte Carlo and this is at least DOUBLE what it should cost to slap on a few brake pads. DON'T give this POS your business, save YOUR money Remove review

The price of the vehicle I purchased changed (increased $300.42 by his wife ) from the agreed upon original vehicle price I made with Mr. M--- after I signed and closed the bill of sale with him. This increase affected the amount financed. When I brought this matter to the attention of Salim (his wife) , she stated that the finance company was charging me the $300.42 for not paying cash and because they were financing the balance of the sell for me. I contacted the financial institution WL and the representative stated that their company does not charge such a fee. The finance company was concerned that bogus information was being given to customer. I immediate called the salesman and his wife. I left a message for the wife. I spoke to M---- who stated that this fee was the Ameri-Benz doc fee. I told him I had already been billed a doc fee of $29.00. He told me to contact his wife, who will not return my calls. I have been calling the salesman and his wife since 3/2/2016 (made my concern known on 3/1/16) to date. I have called the dealership twice to try to resolve this matter to obtain a refund for the erroneous fees she assessed me. I have placed 7 telephone calls collectively to the owner and to his wife (who prepared the loan papers) and to date neither of them will return my telephone call.

I wanted to wait to see how the repairs I received here worked out. Good news! My car is still running great. My car broke down nearby this place and I limped in to their parking lot and left the key in the drop box. They have a website that shows that they accept overnight and weekend vehicles, which was a reason why I dropped my car off there. I lucked out, because these guys did a great job. They were very clear about what was wrong when they called me, and they gave me good advice about the timing belt being changed. It's been a few long driving trips and my car is still running well and not overheating. They did a great job and if I lived closer to them, I'd take my car there again. John Kennedy
