Engine repair service near Indian Head, MD

They have started to much overcharge for all services. Recently i had a oil change service and inspection and they changed cabin filter and charged ke $200. Even dealer would have done for much much less than them.

I visited IMA Motorwerke for a Prepurchase Vehicle Inspection. There were a bunch of fault codes that could not be figured out as well as a vibration for a previous inspection. While I did receive a report with comments and recommended work, it did not get to the heart of what I originally requested. When I asked and followed up, nothing additional was found. It was not until I took the vehicle for an inspection following vehicle purchase that I learned of a host of issues that were not previously identified. There was an exhaust leak, the vibration at the rear of the vehicle was a much larger issue requiring additional diagnosis, the headlight seals were busted, and the remaining fault codes rendered parts of the vehicle inoperable. Had I known the majority of these issues beforehand, I would not have purchased the vehicle. It is disappointing that I was charged $332.80 for the comments and recommendations that I received, and the saving grace for the issues that allowed me to get from under the purchase from another mechanic’s shop for free.

Thanks to the guys at Just-N-Tyme. Went in to talk about my car. They squeezed me in and checked it and gave me a report on the things that needed to be addressed. LT is the best BMW (or any German car) repair shop around. He also works on Japanese brands, but do now know about them. He is honest, friendly and thorough and his prices are MORE than REASONABLE. Think in terms of a fraction of what dealers charge. He used to have a shop in Manassas, but now works from home and mobile. He provides a written estimate prior to any repairs and sticks to it - no ticket shock when you pick up your vehicle. In short, LT under-promises and over-delivers while being most pleasant to deal with. If you love your BMW as I do, you have rocks in your head if you trust it to anyone else.

I have been getting my car serviced here for years. Great service, honest to a flaw and you never have to worry about the quality of work.

I have taken my 02 Passat to them a couple of times for repairs and have received good service both over the phone and in person. The repairs I had done were done professionally and I was always happy with the work. Most recently I had to have them remove the factory stereo so I could remove sub woofer wires, as I was trading it in, and Charlie came out and took care of it for me at no cost. I understand that with the right tools it is an easy task but he still came out and did it with a smile on his face. If I find myself with another VW or any of the German cars I will definitely take it back to them as needed.

This is one of my favorite places in Lake Ridge. Today Adam helped prove why. He repaired my hopeless WHEELBARROW TIRE in less than 20 minutes! I am back in home yard business and Lake Ridge Auto has come through once again!!! Love this place!!! Mary N. Occoquan, VA

I received a birthday coupon for a discount oil change, I went on a sat to get it done, they told me that they only do coupon M-F I made a appooinment for the following Tuesday 8:30am I showed up when they saw that I had a coupon on my hand they told me that they didnt have any appoinment under any name for that time, the guy behind the counter didnt even bother to look it up instead he searched on a scratch paper and said nope I dont have your name here, then he told me that they only accept coupons on Wednesday, I think they send coupons at home to try to get you to come in, and hopefully get you to paid full price by telling you they dont take coupons that day you are in.

John at Euro is the best!!!! He has done everything from welding to oil changes for us... We use him exclusivly for all the "need it done now and done right" jobs... I would highly recommend him for anything auto (or boat) that needs to be done right and fast....
