Engine repair service near Laurel, MD

I recently took my Mercedes to this shop for repair because after owning the car for 12 years, I am tired of the pretentious attitudes and high prices of the dealership service department. API is a great alternative. The people who work at API are familiar with Mercedes cars, have the right tools to service them, and are able to get the right parts. Most importantly, they are friendly and make their customers feel valued. I plan to continue taking my car to API for future service needs!

My Volvo broke down near their station and I had my car towed there for repair. Unfortunately the car was not worth fixing but fortunately I came across a great service station. I've since purchased a used Subaru and have had it there for service and couldn't be happier. Brian Ben and their staff are excellent mechanics and extremely honest. These guys do a good job. Had aproblem no other shop coulod figure out and these guys found it and had my car back the same day, They fixed it for $49.34. Wish I would have taken it there in the first place.

Most unprofessional hack I've experienced in a while. When I asked him how much it he would charge to mount and balance a tire I brought with me he didn't seem to like my response saying I would have it done elsewhere despite having already paid for two tires and went on to say I could take the entire job elsewhere. Piss poor way to run a business, and only reflects the immature boy that he is. In the end, he actually did me a favor by choosing not to work on my car. I ended up with better (name brand) tires for less somewhere else installed by individuals that grasp the concept of customer service. Claims he has six locations. Wonder if they are all hovel/junkyards like the joint he was working at. Do yourself a favor and spend a couple dollars more so you don't have to deal with a punk like this.
