This place was impressive! Clean shop, free coffee, wood floors!! They only charged me $899.45 for the rear main seal on my 2003 Lexus Rx300. The dealer had quoted me $1750! The owner, Jeff told me that he had been working for Lexus for 13 years, he even took care of my idle problem when he did the seal. I mentioned it to him and he knew exactly what it was. Poor experience with this location. Brought car in for engine diagnostic and they told me i needed a complete transmission rebuild costing $2000-2500. I took car to another mechanic and found out i only needed transmission leak repaired costing $150. Glad I got 2nd opinion. I'll never go back there.

Garry the Manager is the BEST. I check sereral places for a price for a catalytic converter for my 2006 chyrler van. I got prices from $869.00 to $1100.00. I search the internet and found Monunment Street Auto. I called Garry and he quoted $473.00 for a catalytic converter. I could not believe what I was hearing. I left my work place and went to Monument Street Auto. Garry provided me with excellent Customer Service. An employee from the auto center drove me back to my place of work and he pick me up from work when the repair job was done.
