Oil change service near Mount Rainier, MD

I got a recall notice saying my airbag could deploy without warning and the repair department at Koons tells me not to worry about it. REALLY?

THANK GOODNESS I BROUGHT MY CAR IN WHEN I DID! THE MECHANIC TOLD ME MY DRIVER SIDE AXLE WAS ABOUT TO FALL OFF! I JUST THOUGHT IT WAS MY BRAKES! THANK YOU MID ATLANTIC SERVICE CENTER!

Hall's is my first stop when I have issues with my wife's mid-size SUV or my full-size truck. They've always been up-front and honest with me. If they can do the work, they will quote me a price and let me know if they find anything else and wait for my approval. If they cannot do the work, they let me know and have not charged for the time they took reviewing the car's issue. It would be nice to have a Jiffy Lube type oil change service, but the quality of work is worth dropping the car off and picking it up when it's ready. (I know, how can you screw-up an oil change --- one shop left a wrench connected to my wife's car that Hall's mechanics found. Others have left a pool of oil that started to smoke, which Hall's mechanics helped clean-up. [Unfortunately, neither of those were things that I did as a clueless dolt, but were for oil changes that I paid for at national chains....].)

Honest reputable auto body shop I was more than pleased both times I've been to this shop. I will come here from now on!
