My 2001 Honda Accord needed a lot of work done. Went to the dealer and received an astronomical estimate of over @2000 for everything. My neighbor highly recommended sharing the estimate with Moshe first and so glad I did. He was able to do all the work for $1100. He is honest and professional. The work was done over two days and I couldn't be more pleased. Great independent shop!

This place was recommended to me by a near by shop which I have gone to in the past since they were not able to service my vehicle at the time. Overall my experience was wonderful. I was greeted by friendly staff who were efficient and professional. The individual assisting me was attentive and he explained things in simple terms since I am not too familiar with service/mechanical issues concerning cars. Go here expecting to get a simple job done, and next they you know they hit you with the " Oh there are Unicorns jumping around in your engine.. you should get that fixed today" I waited for almost 7 hours to get this "work" I went there for a "FREE" tire rotation next thing you know i'm out $500 because of "necessary" repairs. Oh yeah and if you want to know how long it will take.. just wait someone will tell you... WHEN you get up and ask them yourself. Very unprofessional and rude. I'd rather push my car home, then ever go there again!

I can't say enough good things about J & F Motors. I became a customer in 2011 when the warranty on my 2004 BMW 545i ran out. I felt that I couldn't get good answers from BMW dealerships and every time I went in, I didn't feel comfortable with their answers and what I was paying for. From day one, J & F has exceeded my expectations with their level of customer service, taking the time to explain to me what has gone wrong, what needs to be repaired asap and what can wait. I can't say enough positive things about Ty Nguyen's Arlington Auto Shop. I lucked into it about eight years when I was again hit while parking on DC streets. Ty offers personal, reliable service with free estimates. Work is reasonably priced, done on time and is guaranteed. I have recommended his shop to several of my friends and they were equally pleased.
