I have been dealing with Mr. Tire in La Plata, MD for 10+ years. Had them put new tires on one of my vehicles and they damaged the rim. Took it back for them to repair, went back today and the rim is still damaged. I have never had damage to any of my vehicles since dealing with them, this is the first. This is the first time I dealt with this gentleman, first time seeing him there. Jimbo and Scott have always treated me with respect and very professional. I told him the rim was still damaged and he said you need to leave my property. I told him I have before and after pictures and he just kept telling me to leave his property, I am calling the police. He just kept getting smart and telling me to leave, they didn't damage my rim. My husband gets out the car and he said I am calling the police you threaten me, I was like what, I threatened you, he then said I didn't say that. I guess if you call them out for something they damage, you are a problem. I told him to call the police, I will wait for them because I done nothing wrong, just complain about them damaging my rim. After 10+ years you have to deal with something like this.

My husband and I are new to the area and we were looking for a new mechanic. Unfortunately, we needed to find one sooner rather than later when my car wouldn't start one morning. My husband called Antietam Auto because its .6 miles from our house. They gave us the number to a great tow company that they usually work with and I had my car towed there within the next day. By the end of the day, Justin had diagnosed that I needed a new starter and had ordered it right away. He had my car fixed and ready to go by 10am the next day! I was blown away by how fast he fixed my car and by the low price he charged me compared to other mechanics I have gone to. He even did a complementary 27 point inspection of my car which I thought was a very nice touch. I am BEYOND thrilled with my experience with Justin!! Im honestly surprised that there arent more reviews for this gem! Rodney (the owner) was so kind, professional and helpful. I had gone to Pep Boys who told me I needed $600 dollars in work...after leaving International Auto I only paid $126 (including an oil change!!)
