Engine repair service near Sherwood Forest, MD

Branch Auto Electric Service has the worst service of any auto repair company we have ever used. We would not choose Branch Electric Auto Service. We took my daughter's car there and they kept it for approximately two months and it still was not operational. They told us that what would take other repair shops months to do, they could do it in a week. Chris the owner was clueless and a liar. He kept promising to have it fixed but every time we asked him about he gave us the same status. She had to pay for a car rental for an extra week because he took so long and could not complete the repair work. We decided to remove the car from them and tow it to the dealership because of his inability to fix it. When we went to retrieve the vehicle, they moved it to the dealership without our knowledge. When we went to the dealership to get the repair completed, the car was damaged to the tune of approximately $1600. He refuses to repair the car and said he is not responsible for theft or damage of cars in his care. Therefore, we are forced to sue him. Very disrespectful owner who is a "Know it All" type of guy. Would let me talk and hear what I'm saying but did not listen to anything at all. I was explaining my situation. told the man I have went to different shops, got estimates and told him what all four shops said and from my experience on cars this is the issue. He says "I'm not going to give no stupid estimate on anything over the phone. I said sir, just a rough estimate. He of course acted stubborn so I'm trying to give him money so I tried again this time saying, well, how about just putting a new engine in my car. He still said He's not giving a estimate in a disrespectful manner. I politely took my business away from him. His workers are very respectable but THE OWNER IS A Complete DOUCHE
