This place was recommended to me by a near by shop which I have gone to in the past since they were not able to service my vehicle at the time. Overall my experience was wonderful. I was greeted by friendly staff who were efficient and professional. The individual assisting me was attentive and he explained things in simple terms since I am not too familiar with service/mechanical issues concerning cars. Don’t go there for inspection! Jimmy the manager plays stupid to upcharge the quotes. (Claims the paperwork has changed) A 30 min appointment easily turns in 1.5 hours. Jimmy schedules customers for re-inspection when he knows they don’t work. Horrible and dishonest place. Would NOT recommend. (I should have listened to the other reviews. Beware)

My son bumped a curb parallel parking he broke a tierod this garage wanted to charge 1350 dollars for all new suspension parts be aware of this place care got fixed for 250 dollars shame on you

Bethesda Sunoco and the whole team, Ian, Don, Mike, Dominic are terrific. My friend had a car that did not pass emissions inspection. She took her car there and Dominic looked at the car and told her exactly what was wrong and what it would cost. She offered to pay him and he declined. I can see why they have such a high Washington Checkbook rating! Hard to find honest mechanics!
