Most unprofessional hack I've experienced in a while. When I asked him how much it he would charge to mount and balance a tire I brought with me he didn't seem to like my response saying I would have it done elsewhere despite having already paid for two tires and went on to say I could take the entire job elsewhere. Piss poor way to run a business, and only reflects the immature boy that he is. In the end, he actually did me a favor by choosing not to work on my car. I ended up with better (name brand) tires for less somewhere else installed by individuals that grasp the concept of customer service. Claims he has six locations. Wonder if they are all hovel/junkyards like the joint he was working at. Do yourself a favor and spend a couple dollars more so you don't have to deal with a punk like this.

Im honestly surprised that there arent more reviews for this gem! Rodney (the owner) was so kind, professional and helpful. I had gone to Pep Boys who told me I needed $600 dollars in work...after leaving International Auto I only paid $126 (including an oil change!!) The managers and mechanics at Bowie Shell are honest. They do not inflate prices and provide a thorough and honest assessment regarding the status of the car and fair pricing for any repairs needed. Carl and Ron are the greatest.
