When we lived in the Beltsville area Lloyd's Automotive was the only place for years we trusted for our vehicles. The owner of Lloyd's is fair and honest. I have not found such a personal and trustworthy mechanic since we have moved out of the area. So if your looking for a good honest place to take your vehicles I highly recommend Lloyd's Automotive.

We have been using this company for years to service our trucks. The service has completely died. The owners are too old and too slow, they cannot produce estimates for weeks on end. They do not produce bills upon request, and during the wait time, they charge you storage fees upon work that isn't completed. Mark is a complete jerk, he treats customers as if they are dogs. I recommend bringing your business elsewhere. i for one will never return, and my fleet of 8 trucks will be serviced elsewhere.

This place was recommended to me by a near by shop which I have gone to in the past since they were not able to service my vehicle at the time. Overall my experience was wonderful. I was greeted by friendly staff who were efficient and professional. The individual assisting me was attentive and he explained things in simple terms since I am not too familiar with service/mechanical issues concerning cars. I can't say enough positive things about Ty Nguyen's Arlington Auto Shop. I lucked into it about eight years when I was again hit while parking on DC streets. Ty offers personal, reliable service with free estimates. Work is reasonably priced, done on time and is guaranteed. I have recommended his shop to several of my friends and they were equally pleased.
