I have now had my BMW Series 3 for a month - which I purchased from B & M Motors. I took my car in to B & M to have some added things done after the sale. They did a fantastic job and provided GREAT after-sale support!! I highly endorse B & M and WILL do business with them again in the future!!GregI had very rigid requirements for the car that I was looking for as well as the financing limits that I had set. I spent a good deal of time speaking to many other major auto new and pre-owned car dealers but none could meet both of my requirements. I then went to B&M and worked closely with Tony. Over the space of a week or so, Tony and B&M were able to meet all of my strict requirements, offered me the car that I really wanted (a BMW 3 Series) AND were able to work out my financing to my full satisfaction. Family owned and ASE Master certified automotive repair facility. Myself, along with my parents, make up this unique small but experienced shop. We have over 50 years of experience in the automotive and truck repair field. My father also was an automotive instructor for a major technical school. Overall a great place to go. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. That said, they WILL up-charge you signifcantly to change your engine and cabin air filter. The guy said that to change a cabin air filter, it takes 30 minutes to access the filter itself, thus necessitating a charge of $50 for parts and labor. I knew that was patently false, as it can be easily accessed on my vehicle (2013 Accord) through the glove compartment, which unhinges without any tools. I bought the same cabin air filter from NAPA auto parts for $15 and installed it myself. Essentially the same speech was given for the engine air filter, and I did the same thing. BLUF: Know about how much something should cost and how easy the job is to do it.

Bethesda Sunoco and the whole team, Ian, Don, Mike, Dominic are terrific. My friend had a car that did not pass emissions inspection. She took her car there and Dominic looked at the car and told her exactly what was wrong and what it would cost. She offered to pay him and he declined. I can see why they have such a high Washington Checkbook rating! Hard to find honest mechanics!

This place was impressive! Clean shop, free coffee, wood floors!! They only charged me $899.45 for the rear main seal on my 2003 Lexus Rx300. The dealer had quoted me $1750! The owner, Jeff told me that he had been working for Lexus for 13 years, he even took care of my idle problem when he did the seal. I mentioned it to him and he knew exactly what it was. Love this place!! will be back

This place was recommended to me by a near by shop which I have gone to in the past since they were not able to service my vehicle at the time. Overall my experience was wonderful. I was greeted by friendly staff who were efficient and professional. The individual assisting me was attentive and he explained things in simple terms since I am not too familiar with service/mechanical issues concerning cars. I would definitely recommend this shop to my friends and family and anyone in need of a quality shop.?
