Erik is a true professional. I used Mobile Service Pros when I wanted to get a car I found on craigslist inspected prior to making a purchase. I'm from out of town, don't know much about cars and don't know any mechanics in the Elkahart area, but I found the Mobile Service Pro website online and decided to give this young buisness a shot. I'm glad I did. What happened was I arranged Erik to meet me with his work van at a gas station just off the highway prior to going to the seller's house. Upon greeting Erik, he showed me his ASE certificate and told me to follow him because he knows the area well and understood that I'm unfamiliar with the region. When we got to the seller's place he started to work his magic. He inspected the engine fully, took the car for a very comprehensive test drive, ran a whole bunch of tests using his fancy equipment, put the car up on his portable ramp and checked the undercarriage on a creeper. After that, Erik showed me the pictures he took while he was under the car and pointed out any issues that he saw while being down there. With all of the facts that Erik presented to me, I was able to make an informed decision on the purchase and felt very confident doing so.
