Best place ever to get car repairs done! Paul is an absolute gem! My car needed plenty of work but not once did I feel pressured to have any of it done. Paul was honest about what was most important (not the most expensive) and ultimately did 90% of the work in 1 day for a very reasonable price. Will definitely go back to finish the work & purchase my tires too! I'd recommend Ode to everyone! Cindy H

15 day Poor follow up, car remained outside in the Michigan cold weather without ever bringing it in on a hoist. Called multiple times only to be told by Jeff they could not get to it. Was advised after the second day there I was next. After 15 days of back and forth we rented a car to see if possibly a Tech had been ill or something. But what we did know the shop could not service us to our expectations. After showing up Jeff the head mechanic finally agreed to give us an estimate that only repeated what we had said when we brought the car in i.e. the engine light and VSC light was on and there was dragging in 1 and 2nd gear. Cost $6500. Thank Goodness the car was still pretty drive able. It is not a hooptie. Got a 2nd opinion they researched it in 2 hours. repaired it, $402.

ALL HAIL JAY!! I got into a little fender bender and my bumper got knocked in and my tail light broke. Jay was able to fit me in rite away and took excellent care of me! I love my car, and when i saw the AMAZING work that was done i fell in love all over again!! I have already recommended friends to Automotive Solutions and will continue to do so!
