Diagnose a Transmission and engine light on concern
15 day Poor follow up, car remained outside in the Michigan cold weather without ever bringing it in on a hoist. Called multiple times only to be told by Jeff they could not get to it. Was advised after the second day there I was next. After 15 days of back and forth we rented a car to see if possibly a Tech had been ill or something. But what we did know the shop could not service us to our expectations. After showing up Jeff the head mechanic finally agreed to give us an estimate that only repeated what we had said when we brought the car in i.e. the engine light and VSC light was on and there was dragging in 1 and 2nd gear. Cost $6500. Thank Goodness the car was still pretty drive able. It is not a hooptie. Got a 2nd opinion they researched it in 2 hours. repaired it, $402.

I have an old crown victoria that has been making more and more noise recently and having some problems. we knew the transmission was ready to go and needed to take it some where. We found a special in the paper and took it here. They had an idea of the problem and just tried changing the old fluid in there. That fixed the problem and saved me a great deal of money. I am glad there are still honest shops and mechanics in this world.

Great Job, Great Service! The job was done right and quick... my van was towed to this [lace based upon recommendations from others who have had work done there. It was a Friday before a major holiday and I was worried I was going to be without my vehicle for traveling during the busy time. I spoke with Jeff and he assured me they would look at it and have it fixed as soon as possible. Long story short, they determined the transmission needed to be rebuilt, they guys began the work right way and believe it or not, they called me the next day and said it was ready to be picked up! The best part of all is that the price was less than what they originally quoted me. Now it is several months later and everything works great and I am very happy!
