Mufflers repair service near Flat Rock, MI

My previous mechanic was booked solid so I decided to try Tuffy on recommendation from a friend. My car was running poorly again, after being "fixed" a few months prior by my last mechanic. The guy at Tuffy explained that he did it all wrong, and told me he could fix it but advised me to take my car back to the last place and make them do it properly. He didn't even charge me for diagnostics. A+++.

I admit that I was a little skeptical at first about taking the route of a remanufactured motor over a new vehicle due to the poor service and broken promises that many service providers give today. However Larry you did right by us. Not only did we get 1 reman but we got 2 which saved us a lot of money as opposed to the route of brand new vehicles. I had a engine misfire and my oil was contaminated. Motech fixed my misfire and did a oil change for no extra charge. The service was excellent. The people were friendly and did excellent auto work. I have been going to guys for all kinds auto repairs for at least six years, I have also referred so many of my friends and family to them. To my greatest surprise and shock, I just found out that they are frauds, cheats and liars and have deceived my family and friends that I have over the years sent to them. I sent a vehicle to them for repair this month, Sam, one of the owners called me back and said it was going to cost $2200.00 parts and labor. I was taken aback at that quote. I would have agreed, but something in me this time said NO!. I went back the next day and picked up my car from them and gave it to another mechanic that I hardly knew. They charged me $900.00 with the same parts and labor including two brand new tires. Please be careful with these guys, they fooled me for years. Always seek for a second opinion. Sad customer service, I would not recommend trusting them with your vehicles. Long story short the owner is a con artist, and his employees are trying to make money on the side. Beware!!!
