engine diagnostics
My previous mechanic was booked solid so I decided to try Tuffy on recommendation from a friend. My car was running poorly again, after being "fixed" a few months prior by my last mechanic. The guy at Tuffy explained that he did it all wrong, and told me he could fix it but advised me to take my car back to the last place and make them do it properly. He didn't even charge me for diagnostics. A+++.

Rear Breaks
This was the worst experience I have ever had with an auto shop ever! The mechanics failed to fix my car right, not only the first time, but also a second time. The manager refused to refund my money or offer some kind of discount for the inconvenience. The defective parts they installed in my car caused me to spend 6 hours without my car, and still, my car did not get fixed. I was told to come back the next day so they could try again. My car was in a poorer condition then when I first brought it there. Not to mention, that the mechanics where rude, unreasonable and completely ignored how I felt. The overall service was non-existent and the experience was very draining. My husband and I called the police on the mechanic Steve, for driving my car recklessly, and refusing to give me my keys and allow me to drive my car back to the auto shop. I called the corporate office but have yet to hear back. Take my warning, and DO NOT GO TO TUFFY for your car problems, you will regret it later.
