I brought a car in for a fuel tank leak and did not specify a budget. Weeks go by and I finally call and get someone on the phone. They inform me the repair won't be pretty because it's an old michigan car and suggests a patch job. I would like the repair but if a patch gets me back on the road then cool. Nope. 2 months later I finally get someone on the phone who tells my they "aren't gonna be able" to fix my car. I flatbed it home and fine no attempt at either the repair or the patch job they suggested themselves. 0 stars. Fecken 0.

I've been coming to this dealership since a young age bc my father has bought cars & had his cars serviced at Prestige for years. When I needed a new car, I bought it from Prestige & they currently do all the service on my car. It is a family business, they pay attention to detail, and provide great customer service. If my car is being serviced, they will drive me to & from work that day while they fix my car. Great service, they were honest and prompt, and very eager to save me money

I purchased a Pontiac 400 (WZ) engine from AutoBohn Engines of Lowell, Michigan. When the engine arrived (I live in New York) I installed it in My 67 Firebird and had the car towed to a local shop to have them prime And start the engine for the first time. Before starting the engine the shop while pressurizing the cylinders discovered that coolant was bubbling out of the radiator (the heads were leaking). That's when the repair bills started adding up. The heads had to be removed! During the process of removing the heads the mechanic at the shop called me to say that he noticed I had shimmed the pulleys because they were not lining up. He was curious so he removed the fuel pump and looked inside the timing chain cover (flashlight) And discovered that the timing chain was incorrectly installed and had one row completely off the timing gear. Now of course it was necessary To remove the Timing case cover. During this time I spoke with Autobohn Engines and was told to callback when the repairs were completed to discuss compensation. Unfortunately after repeated calls over several weeks the only thing I can reach at AutoBohn Engines is the answering machine and all my messages have gone Unanswered.
