No wonder we have not had any repair work done at your business recently. You will probably just brush this off but we are greatly disappointed. The Staffords

great work very fair more than helpful for my hole family

I just had Michigan Motor Exchange put a remanufactured engine into my 1998 Bravada. So far everything is running great. No one including myself wants to spend money on an older SUV but it turns out that it was cheaper than buying a new or used car with higher miles. So, for a few thousand bucks, I have a SUV that my 16 year old can drive. Looks good and runs great. David was very helpful in the process and straight forward about the costs. He gave me a competitive quote for the engine and after evaluating what else the truck needed...It was my decision....no pressure. It made sense to invest a bit more to address other non-engine related issues. I had my truck back in just over a week. I was referred to Michigan Motor Exchange by another automotive shop. I am happy with my experience.

My mom's car broke down on Sunday and the manager Bill helped fix her car even though they were closed. Since they were closed, he didn't charge her a thing! I called up today to offer to pay for the service and they said it's what they do for their customers! Luckily Bill had been in the store working on a project that day. No one else in the area was open and she was stranded. If you are in the area and need car repair I suggest going to people who actually care!

Nemr Mohammed Barakat (Tiger) he will take your hard earned money up front and does not do the work. He is a liar and con. This has been my experience. Before thinking about doing business with him call the Waterford Police Dept. and ask them how many times they have had to respond to his business in Waterford due to customer complaints.

Above and Beyond! A friend at work told me about Tuffy. I was having a problem with my car and was upset about taking it back to the dealership. She ask me why would I pay those high prices. Well I will put it like this. Never go back to the dealership. Tuffy Auto Repair in East Lansing saved me about $200. David and Stewart fixed my Honda Accord the same day and gave me a ride back to work. Thanks for the great service. I will be back! Thanks again for the service on my sisters car. Great Service and a real value. Nice to have trusted guys to help me with our car problems. Thx
